Thanks for watching! The language barrier was tough at first, but we started every conversation with "parlez vous anglais?" meaning "do you speak english?" Everyone we talked to also spoke English! No issues with pickpocketers, we have backpacks that have TSA locks so they're impossible to pickpocket!
