This is a very good review much better than i expected for a channel that just started in 2023. I will subscribe. I feel like the case is the star of the show but the sound ANC and overall performance is top tier. I wish we could choose a regular case for a lower price. Thanks again. 💯👍🇺🇸
This is the first time I’m hearing about the frequency response changing so noticeably between ANC and ambient sound modes. Unfortunately, I’ve seen this behavior across many wireless earbuds out there. Sometimes it’s kind of subtle so many may not realize it. I’d probably minimize this problem by having a separate EQ setting for ambient sound mode with extra low end to compensate. How many separate custom EQ slots can you have? Anyways, this is a great video on these earbuds. Not many good ones on here. Looks like DHRME will be dropping a video soon (check their recent community post). They usually have measurement data and sometimes measure ANC modes among other listening modes. Hope to see what the difference is that way. Thanks for this video!
I've not noticed the difference between anc and ambient mode but if its really happening its worth raising a bug with JBL. DHRME are reviewing these soon and will be posting graphs so it will be interesting to get their take on it
I knew something wasn't right with mine. I have the same earbuds but there are options missing from the app. You can adjust the shortcuts, clock type and some other case settings that I'm not seeing on mine. Feature shortcuts is on mine but blank when I tap it. The 24 hour to 12 hour clock option is missing all together.

I think it’s good overall. Nothing like Apple, Bose or Sony, but still pretty damn good.

That is really strange. What phone are you pairing it with?
One mistake. The music does not pause when you enable 'speak to chat'. The volume is just lowered but the music still plays unfortunately.
