If you really want to know you should try to find store selling them to test before your purchase, this video is mostly to get his thoughts on the product, not to test it.

I have the same speakers but mine won’t play anything I have the same turntable set up the exact same way as you. I’m not sure what the issue is
1. check power, 2. check line / phono output selection. 3. contact customer service.
