Great video, I remember when the Grendel's first came out, they did not have a removable magazine, but loaded through the top, with the slide locked back. Looks like this may be a later version with a true magazine.
Thank you. I did a lot of research on this and I did find the earlier versions also. The P-10 was the version that had the internal magazine. It was an interesting find thats for sure.
hey did your buddy ever tell if if the feedramp polish job helped with the feeding issues? I just bought a Grendel P10 for close to nothing and I'm looking to do a lot of work to this little guy.
I bought one new in the 90's, when it cycled it would take skin off my knuckle, the magazine would eject live round during each shot, it was heavy, awkward and inaccurate. After shooting less than 50 rounds the trigger mechanism broke so I threw the gun in the trash.
i took it apart, just the slide for cleaning, but that little pin fell out and the hammer went down. is there a way to bring the hammer back up and insert that pin without taking it apart any further?
hay can u do another video of you dissasembleing the grendal p12 I want to learn how to take it apart so that I can find the problem cause some how it broke it dosent want to shoot at all how do I take it apart
I have a p-10. I can't get the slide to go completely forward after disassembly and cleaning. That is after replaceing the slide pin and trying to work it . The slide stops about 1/4 or 3/8 in from the grip end.
Absolute garbage. The entire magazine was made out of plastic. I bought one back in the early 90's and it is still by far the worst pistol I have ever owned. It would bust my thumb knuckle every time it cycled. They went bankrupt on this gun and I can see why.
I’ve fixed several with the guide rod issue. A large nail that I tempered and blued, on my personal P10, has worked great!

True magazine made entirely out of plastic and every one of them will break. Total garbage and they went bankrupt on this pile of shit.
Yes, he said it wroked really well and has had no feeding problems after the work.
I have had mine since 94. never had a jam or failure. but I only have shot about 400 rounds thru it.
I have a video up on a hammer spring fix.

I have a p10 only about 50 rounds through it. I have had it since the 80,s
Yes, that is the P10 model with the internal mag.
No kidding right. The start of Kel-Tec really shows though.

Since this model preceded the Keltec, perhaps a Keltec mag would work?
Way back in 1995 I managed to get a roll pin in mine. Stays put now.
where you get the guide rods? thanks
Over ten years later I am giving the 100TH thumbs up!! LOL
