Really love the color coding of the connections, and where the screws go and how well everything naturally slots together. You can tell they really thought about the assembly when they designed how everything went together.
Make sure to slide the print head over before you install the scraper. I know it SAYS that but i missed that step and couldn't pass a calibration at all.
Just bought an A1 today.
Going to buy a P2S whenever that comes out next.

Just unboxed my A1 yesterday after spending so many hours watching your video =))) My machine is Chinese internal version so the manual book is in Chinese, your video is extremely helpful. Can not wait to have Bambu Lab printer available in Vietnam!
There isn't a model box for the turbine inside my package, but some people did receive one. After inquiring with customer service, they responded that the model box is included randomly. I believe that if it's a random gift, it should be announced or explained in advance.

@@Thekidisalright really? You don't understand the meaning of the word mystery then. Random is the word you're looking for. Mystery would mean not knowing the contents, but we all do know the contents, a turbine model cutaway, so no, unfortunately you are incorrect in your assumption.

@Bambu Lab...when are you guys releasing the next gen printers? Please I really appreciate it if you could make an X2 large volume printer, helmet class...450*450*450 or maybe a 500*500*500 with an enclosure so we can print huge parts in ASA, PC, Nylon too

Submitted a support ticket for my A1, entire toolhead is encased in filament, cannot remove toolhead to replace any parts, no response in a week, still waiting for any kind of reply. Terrible customer support, if there is any at all!

Hello. How many AMS's can I connect to the printer?
Got mine this afternoon! Still waiting on filament shipment notification thoug. Is the 20g of sample filament sufficient to run the Benchy test?
I checked in Bambu Studio and Benchy weighs 12g

Can anyone tell me how do I know that the correct port on the EMS is matching the correct port on the printerhead???
I purchased an A1 on Jan 12 and received it Jan 22. Used it for three weeks and am now wrapped up in the recall. Have submitted the ticket to send it back, but there is no information back from Bambu Labs on where to ship it, a shipping label, etc….. we are told not to use the machines.
I’ve been very happy with the printer, so happy I sold my previous machine. Will we have to wait the three weeks to receive our vouchers towards the purchase of a new machine?

Hey Bambu you need to let all the people that have bought an A1 from you to stop using them because of the protentional fire hazard not just content creators send emails or letters to all customers that have this model i think government regulations need to apply with your products you need to follow them and be made to have ul stamping on your products to protect people from burning there houses down.
WTF are you talking about? They did a FULL recall. It's IMPOSSIBLE for them to email EVERYONE that bought them, because many were bought from 3rd parties. Not to mention, many people don't check their email or spam folders regularly enough. They went far beyond what a lot of companies would have (especially based in CHINA)!
Context? What do u mean- as a potential buyer hearing this without context is like saying don’t put a candle next to curtains, it can burn your house down. Or don’t buy a microwave because if you put metal in it, you can burn your house down
@@NoopNoop-gg9li When they first came out the bed cable was bending out of shape and causing a short that will start an electrical fire in your house but now they have fixed the problem so buy one now they are a really great printer and now safe to use. there is your context.

Just received and unboxed my first bambu lab printer. Opened snd removed all contents and amazed to realise theres no project kit bix in mine, whats uo with that bambu lab? Its meant to be a turbine cutaway i believe? Technical Support mught be easy to get but trying to akert someone at bambu about this isn't happening, you want me to talk to a bot, why cant i just email my complaint like any ither company? Was i meant to receive a project kit or not? Also ordered screws, not included or posted seperately?
They only did project kids first come first serve at launch, so basically only pre-orders got them. I purchased Turbine cutout it’s really cool!

I really like the bambu products, but here is the issue.
I have tried to contact Bambu Labs from their official website with no luck. The website won't allow me to go past the terms it makes you agree to. I finally was able to send a message just to test how long it would take for Bambu Labs to reply. It is days later now and I still haven't heard anything back. I don't know how anyone could give these people your business. What happens if the product has issue? I am really bummed out. I was excited after watching and reading about this product. I was ready to place an order for an A1 combo, but at this point, I'm glad I didn't 😢. Any suggestions on another printer?

Between the combo and what? This is the printer + AMS (filament winder tool)

@@shrekshrekno, the only difference is the combo includes the AMS, which allows it to print multi color prints

Oh well Bambu seem to have lied, anyone with a1 and selected a new bed, instead of $120 voucher they are now told only $80 but after they have made their selection. Breach of promise !

Anybody here receive a Bambu Lab printer as a gift this past holiday season?
My wife bought an X1 Carbon for me, but it was several days before I knew there is an associated filament membership... after I'd already made some purchases.
This is part of the deal of the printer, part of what we're paying for, and I expect to get that. Was able to finally get them to move the membership over to my account, but now fighting with their support about the price delta on the qualifying filament I'd already purchased. They feel I'm asking for a reimbursement after obtaining the membership, but I counter that it should have been there all along. They point out that I should have known it from their website, but I point out that this was a GIFT and that I only found out by accident, since I wasn't trying to purchase one... I already own one. And that there was nothing obvious within the packaging that indicated the included membership deal.
That membership is yours, and you (and I) should get it and the have to honor it. It is their poor organization that keeps some of us from knowing about it and/or getting that membership attached to our own accounts.
Bambu Lab 5.02.2024 : We kindly request all A1 printer owners immediately cease using A1 printer.
Bambu Lab's two proposals are insufficient, here is my proposal: Bambu Lab must send a new complete and corrected Base Housing as quickly as possible and I do not return the old one, I keep it for spare parts. So I don't have to carry out complicated, potentially dangerous and out-of-warranty technical work! I receive €120 in compensation for the loss and the advance of funds for many months for the purchase of a defective A1 !
NOT including the free gift DOESN'T encourage me to purchase your filament at all now sorry, talk about sloppy customer relations

1:41 i see you're still using the same cheap aliexpress stepper motors that died within 10hrs on my P1P. Also...0:52 eww to the single Z axis stepper motor. I expect that from a cheap ender 3.
I tried printing my own vibes and the cable started to spark. Apparently my vibe is “see you in hell”. How could Bambu shit the bed so badly? Now they want everyone to either return their A1 or wait a few months to fix their own machine. For those who want to return their machine, is Bambu going to strip them for parts and reuse the parts in “new” A1 machines?! I have lost all trust in this company
Don't waste your money on this terrible printer. It is the worst printer I've ever used. It failed to print anything. I follow the support teams Guides and it still doesn't work. Don't waste your money on this terrible printer
Just return it for a refund. 99% of reviews are positive. Maybe you were just unlucky
Maybe you're the issue, don't understand the instructions and or you can't follow basic instructions? You are in a group of your own buddy, the consensus is overwhelmingly against you.
You must work for a different company. This printer is hands down one of the best out there. Phenomenal support and ease of software.
@@kevinb9790 agreed, this is the only brand of "plug n play" or "plug n print" printer available that I'm aware of, if he's not getting results it's either his fault or he's working for the opposition.
Please do not buy any of their products. I ordered their X1 Carbon Combo 3d printer along with accessories for $1879.66 total and received a dead unit on arrival that refuses to print unless firmware is upgraded. Upon unboxing, the firmware keeps failing to update no matter what I do. I messaged customer support and they have not responded in over 8 days. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Nah they awesome I have a few of their printers. Their customer support is slammed all the time due to their fast rise in popularity but I’m sure you’ll get it all worked out man.
