Guys! What if I made a super smart general AI programmed to end humanity? That’s right, robot apocalypse baby! I call it “The Terminator Plan”.
My amazing supercomputer, also known as SC, came up with a couple of scenarios about what an intelligent AI could do that sound deadly! Deadly to you, of course, not to me.
A general AI is the hypothetical intelligence of a machine that has the capacity to understand and learn any intellectual task that a human being can. And here’s the kicker - because of its objective thinking the AI could decide that humans are making the world worse and kill you all!
There are so many options to choose from: Would the AI provoke a third world war, or would it just take action into its own hands and gain access and take control of the world’s weapons systems, security networks and more? The possibilities for a robot take-over are endless! I’m a genius, you guys are doomed. All hail the robot apocalypse!
