I actually quite like that this production decided to play up Eddie's scars; you'd be amazed how many people don't catch the "Do you think I made a mistake splitting his brain between the two of them" reference later in the show. I've been a hardcore devotee of this musical and its film adaptation for more than twenty years and I admit even I didn't catch it for a long time. It's sad that it's really the only exposition we have for Eddie's backstory.

Really love the chemistry between Michael and Sharon. You really do believe that Eddie and Columbia are madly in love with each other (if not madly in lust). Wish I could have seen this live.

I saw the actual show these guys did, It was amazing! The songs they did on Mornings with Kerri-Anne were somewhat played down when compared with the live show.
I'm a big RHPS fan but I actually like this version of Eddie more than the original even how the song is sung..awesome!!!! wished I had of gone to see this

goo, perfromence of this song they slowed it a key or 2 but its understandable the orginal is fast and they wanna make sure he can fit all the lyircs in

People are like "meat loaf is better" of course he is. He's fucking meatloaf. I kinda feel bad for anyone who plays Eddie because they have to live up to that. It's actually not that bad to be honest. Even if they got 100 meat loaf will always get 115. They're never gonna be meat loaf and that puts them at such a disadvantage.
But Eddie has half brain, and he was resurrected in some way, but this has a more corpse like look, wich is a lot less apealing, Eddies is the Bad guy from the 60s, but the design of this one just tells me the part that he was "dead". And where is the Elvis Hair, that was the best part. The only thing that maybe a justification is that the actor tried to make a more schizophrenic Eddie, but the design guy just wanted to make a Zombie like Eddie, even then, at least is a Interesting design for Eddie.
