So, at 4:42 you show the side-on view of the back of the case. See that little notch? That is supposed to be lined up with the crown. The reason most people have difficulty is that they don't line this up. You lined up the wording, which sometimes works if you are perfect, but people should really be lining up the crown notch. Put THAT in first and then the rest of the back will snap on easier.
I see, never even knew that. Cheers for the tip. I hope you don’t mind but I have pinned it to the top of the comments so people can read it if they are having difficulty replacing the case back like what I had experienced in the video. Cheers, Tony - WTA
Thank you this video helped me so much. I ordered a watch w the same movement on amazon and it arrived dead battery. Now I don’t have to return! Awesome 😎 thanks
I went looking to see if there was a trick to removing the battery without having to unscrew some tiny screws and take metal bits off. And here your video just shows "Push this" Brilliant! Thank you.
Just measured the leather strap width, where it fixes to the lugs on the case, and you are looking at 22mm in width - which I hope helps answers your question. Cheers, Tony - WTA
Twisting the lid opening tool is wrong. The tool should be held flat and used as a lever. Twisting the tool blade can cause the lid to deform where the tool edge is pressed.
Wouldn't do it. The lug to lug is large, and so is the watch itself. The watch is also very flat with barely any curvature. It's just barely wearable on my 6.3 inch wrist.
In the manual, I just learned that, you're supposed to go 5 minutes past where you want to set it and then turn it back 5 minutes. Who knew? Something to do with the gears catching up.
Demasiada inutilidad,si tocas la bobina te cargas el reloj,y tan simple como cambiar una batería a un simple Miyota, la verdad lamentable video, suerte para el próximo cambio de batería😭😭😭😭👎🖐

@@wetryanythingchannel No problem. Can't tell you how many watches I've worked on with the caseback improperly installed.
спасибо. помогло.
You need a press, specially built for watches. it makes a snap when you press it.

Good day sir any idea on what size the o-ring/gasket/seal for MTP-1239 thanks in advance sir
I am afraid that I don’t know. Might be worth trying Google or a Casio forum.

How many mm is the band size? I will buy this watch and looking for rubber or silicone replacement for the band. Thank you!

Great taking the back off, but replacing the back off camera was no help really.
Does it fit on a thin 6 inches wrist?

@WH250398 late reply sir , already bought it. Wearing it daily. No one said a word
@@beardeddragon7438 Ah well... I own a bunch of watches that are too large as well. As long as you enjoy it you bought the right one.
Thanks sir 🙏🏻

Great tip! I will bear that in mind for any future videos where I change the battery on a Casio analogue watch.
