With sales navigator you also have the option to connect with them and add a message. Would you recommend connecting with them or sending them an inmail message? I’m actually a web developer and I’m reaching out to recruiters to see if they can help me land new contracts, here’s the message I’ve been sending them: Hey [name], I'm a web developer specializing in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and the IT part of websites. I'm wondering if you can help me find contracts that are about 20 hours per week? Outside of the name (mentioned in video) are there other changes you’d recommend to make to my approach? I know you’re busy so any feedback is greatly appreciated!
"Reaching out to a few recruiters because I'm a web developer specializing in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and the IT part of websites. I'm wondering if you can help me find contracts that are about 20 hours per week, [Name]?" I'd send the message like this so the preview text looks different, but also gives them some context which they might be interested in. In general I'd send blank connection requests, and then for people who don't accept the connection request after 7-14 days you can send them InMails. Hope this helps!
Chris, Wanted to get an update from you on this video. I'm a heavy user of LinkedIn Sales Navigator but certainly not with all it's search functionality. It appears the Spotlight feature options are no longer available. Looks like it might be for the Recruiter option only. Can you verify that functionality? How about the search feature for posting on LI in the last 30 days and or changed jobs in the last 90 days? Not seeing that granularity now. I appreciate any clarity you can provide. Have a Day that Matters! Kevin
Good catch. The features are still there, but instead of being under Spotlights they're now under "Recent Updates". Also, they don't mention the time frame, but it's still posted in last 30 days and changed jobs in last 90 days. Hope this helps!
@uptowncreation I tried this method but after sending like 30 messages to the "open accounts" I was stopped with a message that read "You have used all your inMail credits, you can message again next month". I had a chat with LinkedIn support and they said that was now the case. Are you still able to send messages to "open profiles" after your "quota" is up?
Unfortunately it's a deadlink now :( - I have a few to send out to first degree connections though. Shoot me a connection request and reference this comment. I'll add you back and get you a 60 day link
I still hit the limit from the saved search page lol I direct messaged people exactly like this and got blocked from sending out anymore dms. I was only able to send out 26 messages
Unfortunately I've been seeing that on some accounts - you can try differentiating the copy of the message you're sending (so it isn't the same message over and over again). You can also try again in 7 days.
Recently, linkedin does not allow to send message to members of a group more than about 10 members. And after that ask for permium. Is there any solution?
You gotta be kidding me, right? You want us to message people who are on the side of the country by going through one-profile after another to look for the Paid memebership sign over 100k profiles! We want locals and qualifed!
Definitely isn't the best strategy if it requires local business or lower ticket offers. You don't need to sift through 100k profiles though. You only need to find 800 per month and that's easy work. Especially if you're LTV on a client is over $5k.
@UptownCreationB2BMarketing dude it's not easy work. U need to go through 10k profile to find 800 open profiles. And those aren't qualified anyway. They aren't locals and aren't decision makers
Hi, I just watched your video, and I thought it was really good! I also saw another one of your videos where you mentioned only connecting with 200 people instead of 800. Could you explain why that is? Also, in that method, you don't send a message with the connection request. Is it better to send a message or not? Does the strategy of connecting with 800 people on LinkedIn still work, or has it changed? Do you have another video that breaks down the most effective approach? I'm new to LinkedIn and just trying to figure things out. Thanks! your other video link where you just connect without sending a message: ruclips.net/video/1VAGyw7GkRU/видео.html
Excited to help on your LinkedIn journey! So you can only send 200 connection requests per week, which gets you to 800 per month. Alot of times I'll talk in weekly numbers because that's where the limit is imposed, and if you miss a week of 200 connection requests you'll never be able to get those back. So the strategy of 800 connection requests per month is absolutely still the current advice. There is a video I made talking about how to generate leads on LinkedIn in 2024 and that gives a pretty complete breakdown.
Recently, linkedin does not allow to send message to members of a group more than about 10 members. And after that ask for permium. Is there any solution?
Thank You! The process looks solid and in-alignment with LinkedIn. I have begun to implement.

@@UptownCreationB2BMarketing Thanks so much for your reply. Very helpful in my niche searching exploits.

Question Please: Does the 800 InMail procedure you discussed ALSO allow for 100 additional per week (as generally permitted by LinkedIn)?
Quite helpful Thanks
Glad it helped
hey! is the 60 days free trail of linkedin sales navigator still available?
Unfortunately it's a deadlink now :( - I have a few to send out to first degree connections though. Shoot me a connection request and reference this comment. I'll add you back and get you a 60 day link
Can I get it as well bro please?
@@UptownCreationB2BMarketing I already started my trail with Linkedin is there way I can still benefit from the free trail?
how much i can reach per day? in sales navigator?
Not working anymore. Got limit reached error.
Yup - I've been seeing that across various accounts. Not every "growth hack" is forever unfortunately.
How many were you able to send?
I still hit the limit from the saved search page lol I direct messaged people exactly like this and got blocked from sending out anymore dms. I was only able to send out 26 messages
What's the max limit for sent messages now, before linkden blocks you.
Industry isn’t actually the industry of the company they work, it’s the industry of the personal profile which is why LinkedIn give many inaccuracies
Nice one, thanks!
I'm new in LinkedIn, I just saw your video, what is the maximum message you can send perday ?
when messaging profiles with gold icons i am still getting the alert that it will take one of my remaining credits??
Not all premium profiles are open profiles - many are because that is the default, but you will encounter some that require a credit
doesnt work anymore, got a limit reached message

Yeah, but those 800 e-mails are not in one single click...
True - but they have 100% deliverability

You can send unlimited messages to group members now but they have to accept the message
how can you tell if someone is paying for LinkedIn premium?
They will have a Golden "In" badge next to their name
I've heard linkedin will only allow 100 a week ...maximum. how do you get 800?
100 a day
@@post-traumaticunemployme-qm1qm i don't think this is accurate anymore...it's now 800 per month.
how can you send out 800 a day?? i can only do 70 to 80 a day. 800??
You cans send out 70/80 per day. Is it like Facebook?

Does the gold icons still show? It doesn’t show on my laptop on regular LinkedIn.
Yup! They definitely still show up, not sure why they wouldn't on your laptop - you might just be viewing people who don't have LinkedIn premium
