£9,250,000 Hyde Park Penthouse Tour | The BEST house tours of 2022

This week I'm going to be sharing five of our most loved house tours, to re-share some beautiful house tour content, which I'm calling the '5 days of Christmas' 🫶🏼
First up, is this stunning Hyde Park apartment, which I visited in January earlier this year. It was listed with ‪@sothebysrealty‬ for £9.25 million at the time, making it one of the most luxurious properties Welcome Home has had the pleasure of visiting.
With views over Winter Wonderland, next to one of London's most famed parks and luxurious decor throughout, this home was truly one to remember!
The interiors are beautiful, highly modern, yet tasteful, and were definitely one of the first things I noticed when I stepped inside. The bespoke and high-end finish throughout, along with tasteful modern touches against the characterful exterior, really made this penthouse feel special. Whilst there was so much literally on your doorstep, being tucked away in this calming space at the top of the building, had a real sense of calm and peace throughout. The flowing layout, spacious dressing rooms and huge dining/living area really add to the luxury feel, as of course spacious living in London is hard to come by.
