For the fact he and his team worked on a much more difficult cakes on daily basis. I think making this kind of cakes is like making sandwiches for him.
I knew from the get, it was no bs..but when he finished the icing THEN started smoothing it like it was freshly poured concrete! I was a little mind blown. Feel like a found a new hobby

My 9 year old grandson who was born blind, asks to listen to this show. He loves cake, especially chocolate! I am happy he likes to listen to the bakers create these amazing cakes!

Went to new York city last year to visit my son we went to Cake boss in new jersey bought the cookies and cream cake it was amazing, hoping to visit again next year maybe I will see buddy or family members that would be wonderful
