Just take a drive anytime on Spanaway Loop and watch the multitude speed violators and cars with expired license tabs or no plate at all. You can't leave anything out without double locks and security surveillance or it will be stolen. We have has three street takeovers at the the intersections of 138th and Spanaway Loop road in the last two year. Never a cop in sight. I discount what the Pierce County Sheriff spokesman says because its clear they care more about the criminals than the victims and have completely lost sight of who pays their salary.
