    They skipped over the hardest part which is reaching behind the pedestal to tighten the tail piece nut.

      Same thing I'm saying. That part was the hardest and I still haven't tightened it yet because of reach space

    You did not use plumbers putty or silicon under drain?

    bolt what to the floor??? do i have to drill or so... video is missing some parts

    • @bwing411
      @bwing411 Год назад +2

      Yes you’ll need to predrill a hole, can do it once it’s in place and then find a lag bolt that fits.
      Without it the base can move and overtime cause a plumbing leak. Although it is not entirely necessary if you think it’s weight & friction keep it pretty sturdy. Wall mount is the most important

      Maybe you should hire someone to do this easy ass job.

    Also cut the drain pipe because it's too long for your installation.

    Just make sure you have two studs 16 or 20 inch on center right where the sink is going to go

    This video greatly over-simplifies the actual work. Perhaps the best part of the video is the explanation of how to properly install the 2 x 6 support.

    My landlord installed the vanity with no screws any idea on how to stabilize it against the wall?

    How did they know which side of the base to put on the floor? Mine look practically identical except one side is thicker than the other

    • @gabrielmathews4147
      @gabrielmathews4147 2 года назад +2

      One side should have holes to fasten it to the floor

    I guess this is not for people in other countries who have concrete walls.

    • @hunterkarr5618
      @hunterkarr5618 Год назад +3

      If your wall is concrete you’re good. You’ll just have to anchor the sink into the concrete. No need to add a horizontal wood piece

    This is the worst video lmao you hang the toilet and then connect to the p trap and then you slide the pedestal under. Why would you slide the pedestal and then do the connections where you can’t see?
