I like these vids because he's no talk and all action.
The *new* blue is pretty, too! And, boy... that trick with the H2O2/Oxy-Clean/UV light really works its magic. Those parts look brand new now!
Thanks for watching! 🤘🏼🤘🏼
I had this Tonka dump truck- blue with the white top. My dad brought it home one day when I was sick. 1968 or 1969. It was my first Tonka…
The "yaaaay" when you bring out the sandblasting set has me in stitches every time! It's exactly how I feel.
Rsyw
You have restored someone’s favorite toy ( just my idea), but I think deep down you restored so you could play a little or give it to a little boy or girl to see each glow with excitement. I love the blue and I love your devotion to what you love to do!
You are an artist
Thanks!!!
I like how you don’t purposely damage things before restoring them. Makes it so much more interesting to watch. The Tonka truck’s color looks better than the original bright blue. You have earned a sub!
You are so kind, Thanks for watching! 🤘🏼🤘🏼
Top notch restoration on this 1965 Tonka dump truck !!!!!!!!!!!! Two thumbs way up
Thanks for watching! 🤘🏼🤘🏼
Love the blue. Nice touch with the white roof.
Thanks for watching! 🤘🏼🤘🏼
From a 'dumped' truck, back into a dump truck! Excellent work!
😁😁There's nothing better to watch this guy doing total restoration of a Tonka toybtruck. Sandblasting is very interesting. Listen to the birds in the background singing is better then the garbage music they put out there. That truck is gonna cost more now. Great job.
Im addicted to the Sandblasting of parts !
Thanks for watching! 🤘🏼🤘🏼
Thanks for keeping the videos flowing through tough times..
My pleasure!
I very much like that blue. Great restoration .
I never get tired of the kids cheering for sandblasting!
The darker blue actually suits the truck. Nice job!
I like the new Royal Blue paint job. I also like the white cab.
Thanks for watching! 🤘🏼🤘🏼
The color is fine. Looks like the Ford fleet color Bermuda / Bahama blue used by them in the 50's & 60's, Color code "J" in 1960. Thanks for another great restore. Narragansett Bay
I think that slightly darker blue color would look more original than the lighter blue color. It turned out better than you thought. Nicely done!
Thanks! Happy mistake, as they say
That lil old Tonka truck turned out beautiful Tim!
Thanks 👍
I liked the color. Well done
Thanks!
Superb job! A wise man once said “There’s no such thing as mistakes, just happy little accidents.”
That blue looks very rich, like the owner of that company had a custom paint job rather than the same truck colour everyone else went for.
Excellent!
The blue looks way better than the original, looks like a real truck!
Thanks for watching! 🤘🏼🤘🏼
Good Restoration Done 👍

Thanks for watching!🤘🏼🤘🏼
Nice to see someone using the correct bit on the Dremel tool to remove rivets. A lot of videos people use a cut off wheel and gouge the surrounding metal.
Thanks 👍
Excellent job! Love your work brother.
Thank you for sharing this. I am on lockdown as so many people in the world. At this stage we need everything that can brighten up our day. I cannot work and earn money. I love models and have a tonka jeep from my childhood days. As always you did honour to a long forgotten destroyed toy. It looks exellent.
Thanks for watching!!👍🏻🤘🏼

Hi TRG 👋👋👋 awesome restoration Tonka Truck 👍👍👍🔥💣👌🏽✌🏻
Thanks 👍
I like the color! Good job.
Thank you! Cheers!
I played with one of these when I was little. It was only one of two toys I loved very much. Beings back the good old times..
Same with me when I was little..we had 2 of these trucks but one had parts missing off it and the hydraulic lift didn't work my older brother would always get the best one of the 2 and I got to play with the crappy one... lol
Another fine resto!🙂
thanks for watching!!👍🏻👍🏻
Really cool. Like the color

May not have been the color you were after, but it looks BEAUTIFUL. As always, super job and attention to detail is second to none.
I have a crazy request. Please do a Tonka vehicle all in that super chrome.
It would be killer !! I said it was a CRAZY request !!
