Thanks for watching the video Inversion Tables for Back Pain Relief
Inversion machines have been a lifesaver for my L4 five injury. Along with all of the other therapies, but this on a daily basis is really a must.
Thank you for sharing, Gnostic! Glad to hear you've found something that has brought you relief. 😊
Same here. My inversion table has kept me working and continuing life.
Its possible it causes damage, but ive also never felt my spine so decompressed. It feels like i gained an inch of height every day
Thanks for sharing!
He lie , inversion table is the main solution
It's great to know that inversion therapy has been effective for you! We appreciate your input. The inversion table is more of a short-term strategy. Dr. Ryan recommends improving your connection to the deep spinal stability muscles in your core, which can actually create decompression in your spine, before trying inversion therapy. I hope this helps clarify why we take a different approach in our program.
@@CoreBalance What exercises?
Is he maybe referring to clam shells, windshield wipers, pelvic thrusts, daily for 3 reps of 10?
Inversion has given me great relief for my herniated L5-S1 disc.
Thank you for sharing!
Same here, I had 2 herniated discs and for 4 months straight I could barely function, and the inversion table helped me out of that excruciating pain. I’m not claiming it’s solves everything, but it certainly helped me.
Inversion table is a miracle worker. Is not to be doing sit ups or anything other than just a nice relax light decompression of your lower back. I have bulge disc and herniated disc and it works. Specially sciatic pain. 🥰
Thank you for sharing, Jenny! 😊
Is there a cure for sciatica ? How is your pain now ?
I didn’t know hip flexors were that interconnected with the spine.
Hi Seven. They absolutely are! This surprises a lot of people to learn about. I am glad you tuned in to this and you were able to learn!
I have one and it works great when my back is tight from sitting. I just played tennis and my feet hurt more than my back. I have a bulging disk in my lower back. You do have to deal with a lot of blood rushing to your hear but I am happy I have one. Cheaper than one Chiropractor appointment.
It brought me so much relief.
Thank you for sharing, Del!
I have a tether inversion table and I really feel the stretch from my tail bone to my lower back and feels great! Everyone should use a inversion table but only at a certain weight because they can’t hold anyone really heavy
Yes I think that sticking with it and hanging daily, no matter how busy you are, keeps you in line and adjusted head to toe. Along with doing hip, core and back exercises as seen in your other great videos
I don't think you should be doing upside down every day, but at a slight angle it helps. Not for everyday use.
say what u want, but...
I had sciatica so bad i would
go to the bathroom at work and shed a few tears.
steroid s, experimental procedures...nothing helped.
back surgery was my last option...thisclose.
story short, got a Teeterat beginning of pandemic
two years later (and daily use) ... no sciatica.
ima believer in inversion tables, Teeter to be exact.

Oh man I have sciatica, thinking of giving this a try. What was your routine?
This is great I hope it works for me
@@rvind92g every injury and level and tolerance or pain is different for different persons. so it's not wise to offer my daily routine as a guide map for your inversion therapy.
In general, however, start off with small degrees of inversion and gradually increase angles, safest way. Hope this helps.
/bklyn👑
I just got a teeter for 10$!
@@robertmotion what’s the best angle, and how many minutes a day did you do it? From a pain perspective I can tolerate full 90 degrees, but not sure what’s the most optimal?
I use an inversion table and it works every time.
Thank you for sharing!
Gravity is the best chiropractor
Thank you for sharing!
To my understanding, it should only be at a very slight slant. And not for long-term use.
Thanks for sharing!
So what’s a better solution? My back gets compressed so bad all day, I do yoga. Im only 25 and this has been an issue since I was 15. Inversion tables helped me but I’m looking for alternatives
I used to have major lower back issues - for 20 years.
I used an inversion table a few times and I was crippled for several days after use with terrible pinching and pain.
Hi Mattias, thank you so much for sharing, and I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the inversion table. I hope you've been able to recover and find relief since then! 💙
I have a sit-up bench. At the highest incline I get about a 55 degree angle and feel the blood rushing to my head. Do you think that is as effective as an inversion table for back pain and hair loss?
Hair loss?
@@wecomeinpeace5082LOL
Put it against something that wond move that you can grab onto and pull yourself to stretch it more works good
No.
@@wecomeinpeace5082 Well I've read that more blood flow to the scalp stimulates the hair to grow
Yes, you are right, from mine experience this therapy can cause higher deformation of spine..
Thank you for sharing!
@@CoreBalance I glad that someone actually talks about this. Thanks to you!
I’m having a a lot of decompression in my lower back…. And coincidentally thought of this device/equipment because I remember using it at a gym and trying it out and it felt sooo good for my lower back … but then I see this video and I’m just now confused now… 😮
I see the comments and lots of individuals have severe pain and I’m only 26 I’m not there yet but obviously I’m aware of the pain and want to do anything I can do to so it won’t hurt me in the long run
Hi there, thank you for your comment and sharing your experience! Dr. Ryan believes that inversion therapy can sometimes do more harm than good for individuals who are experiencing significant imbalances in their bodies. Dr. Ryan recommends improving your connection to the deep spinal stability muscles in your core, which can actually create decompression in your spine, and get your body back into balance before trying inversion therapy.
If you're curious to learn more about this concept, Dr. Ryan explains it in detail in this video: ruclips.net/user/shortsaakFoHt9YNA.
We also teach this more in-depth in our program and would love to offer you a free 7-day trial so you can explore the material and see if it resonates with you: www.corebalancetraining.com/program.
Works for me
Všetko pomôže, ak sa to používa s mierou. Mne lavicu odporúčal lekár, ortopéd, za predpokladu, že budem stále cvičiť podľa svojich možností.
I ❤Teeter inversion therapy 🎉
It's not for the hips it's for the back
what can i do to fix that problem please i really need help
You need to get a MRI of your spine. You need to find out if there is any damage. From there you will able to work out what treatment you will need. Not all treatments are suitable for all types of damage.

So what do you recommend?
Carlos I recommend improving your connection to the deep spinal stability muscles in your core, which can actually create decompression in your spine.
@@CoreBalanceI'm sorry, what??? And how exactly do we do what it is you recommend? I don't even understand what you said 😢
@@alhakisan.... povedal, že svalový korzet vybudovaný pravidelným cvičením zabráni kompresii chrbtice ... je to pravda do tej miery, pokiaľ ti zdravotný stav dovolí korzet budovať... nie vždy je to však možné 😏
@@alhakisan😅 think he means to strengthen your ab core muscles. Read it online few years ago.
He is right inversion tables can be dangerous i always use to injure my back due to not bending at the knees but using my back I then bought an inversion table and not gonna lie did have som relief I will use it everyday twice a day for around 3yrs what was happening is over time I started losing my curvature now I have flat back syndrome due to inversion table also one of the last times I used it I got wht I wanted I wanted my low back to pop when I was upside down and it did right after when I got off I felt like a feather was rolling down my back I felt it 2-3 times I then got an mri because my low back kept hurting after tht and I have herinated disc buldging disc and tht pop that happen I believe is wht made this happen but I also have a synovial cyst tht formed in my low back just please be careful and do research and know wht yur doing also when all this happen I was always a big guy with upper body being heavier all tht weight is forcing to decompress more could be different on someone who is slim but not sure
I'm sorry to hear this but hope that others can learn from your story. Thank you for sharing!
Anything can be dangerous. It's always recommended to consult with a physician and follow a plan that involves a routine.
Sorry to hear that, sometimes we learn the hard way. This is how I herniated my disc, thinking doing exercise alone would not be causing any issues. But I did herniate my bath because of too much twisting and hyper extending when punching. However, it sounds like you used to incline completely upside down.?
@@arrepuess yes
@@germanescoltas7617 that sounds like the problem. You are only supposed to use at low degree slant
🙏
i was used to have really bad back issues due to a wreck where i was almost ejected from the back seat of a truck that was flipping. i joined a gym and started getting stronger. back issues went away. if i stop going to the gym my back issues come back. stop being lazy, go lift.
Thank you.
It is important to keep the body in motion.
And wear seat belt
