YESS ! Absolutely ! It is how they handle ALL of the relationships that is almost a show in itself. From Kari to Lena, to Miko, Taina etc. Even little Hilla (Lumi) is superb towards her "big brother". Brilliantly done
Just finished our binge of the series on Netflix. Thought it was great, and hope there is another season at least. Surprised about the low ratings it received - maybe the subtitles turned most people off. Loved the great acting, intricate plots, complicated characters, and fantastic cinematography. Nothing like it on US TV.

You are in for a real treat with all the series. The subtleties of Mother and daughter relationships is done in a way that sadly Hollywood always superficialises and ends up taking the sheer guts out of. Hope you enjoy them all. Hahaha I am on my FOURTH watching of them all again.

I Love bordertown so much, because the Story, the characters and of course the theme 'closer' - in total are very special and - when watching it - i dont want to let the series end. What means - cannot get enough of the series👍👍👍
