I’ve got a friend who dug one of these out of his backyard, cleaned it all up, and redrilled it and he got to 28th of 150ish people at the Dayton ISC sectional this year throwing it most of the day. His only bad game was when he wasn’t throwing it too. If he’d stayed with the Cobra the entire time he just might have made nationals which is a crazy thought
Totally. And what’s more, check out his backswing. It looks as though he’s barely raising his right arm at all, and yet, he’s just CRUSHING those pins. This guy’s a flat-out killer on those lanes!
I've been using this ball since 1997...LOL. Found it abandoned with house balls in middle school. Its my one and only ball, gets me 180 to 190 games consistently with a few 230 games.
Gotcha, Its great on the burn and toasty patterns. Wouldn't recommend on the fresh house or sport. Just wont have enough bite. But can help on the short patterns for sure. Best of Luck and thanks for viewing.
It's been a reliable ball that I've adjusted to, but it may be relegated to spare and 10 pin duty as I've decided to step up to an Exotic Gem and Hammer 3D for the ease of rotation and pocket power.
I just got this ball TODAY! I’m taking it to the alley on Monday, and I’m excited to see how it does! Side note, I got it on eBay, and mine looks a LOT like this exact ball, same serial number
I’ve been told at one time that some of the tour models had either the Columbia UDot Pancake or the AMF Light bulb depending on staff affiliation. Not sure if that had anything to do with the colors though. Great question!

never gets old watching a blast from the past. Keep up the good vids.
Thanks, will do!
Man, look at those revs! So purdy.

This was my first ball I ever used when it came out. I loved it, wish I had one now.
My first 300 at 15 first game 254
Dang.. what a beastly shot you throw!
I still have the Black Angle ball from the 80's. Good ball in its day now I throw it for my spares at times.
Is that a Mo Pinel design?
Smooth, reliable, and consistent. Just how I remember this ball. Still, I love my Rhino Teal; but this ball too will always be remembered & respected.
Loved the Rhino line as well, was a great ball.
I always love seeing this video showcasing my ball in action! I used it in a tournament on Saturday and got a 158!
Good stuff
@@KingOfTVBowlingmy one regret is I didn’t get it sooner! I love the Cobra! 🐍🐍🐍
The Cobra!
Cobra=Legend
I just got this ball TODAY! I’m taking it to the alley on Monday, and I’m excited to see how it does! Side note, I got it on eBay, and mine looks a LOT like this exact ball, same serial number
Hope you enjoy it!
@@KingOfTVBowling will do, good sir!
Love to see a video with the smoke cobra
The Gun Smoke Cobra was one of my favorites as a kid. Definitely on the list. Stay Tuned
Wasnt there a red, or orange label ones. I forget which hooked more.

Once again another awesome video!!!
Glad you like them!
Urethane + Man Weight = "I Am Inevitable!" Urethane haters going nuts with this one, keep up the good work :)
You bet, thanks for viewing!
I would like to see a AMF king cobra ball if you can find one or a Columbia 300 icon.
Oh that’s definitely one we have been hunting for! One of my favorites. Stay tuned. Thanks for being a fan. 👍🏻😎
The black Cobra! Had several. I had one I resurfaced the entire label off of.. lol OOPS little too long with 80 grit!
I’ve never seen someone throw as many messengers as you...Holy shit haha
People who throw these kind of strikes can strike in the parking lot. I love the Cobra SE and King Cobra.
You should do an Ebonite Red Turbo C
Did not expect that to hook that much. Unreal.
The outside part of the lane looked rather scorched.
Main Street close to Standard THS, the coverstock was fresh from resurface and very responsive. Thanks for viewing.
I always kept mine polished because I thought it looked cool. I was young and dumb, now I’m older.
Back in the day I did as well. Short Oil in our area, didn't have much choice in the matter.
The good ole' days when surface prep consisted of either a green Scotch Brite pad or a handful of quarters and the Lustre King
@@KingOfTVBowling We had short oil in Australia as well back in the late 80s and early 90s … hated it. Every ball was polished in my case.
