    A Tasty Snack with Oats and Potatoes!🔥 Stay Fit Stay Healthy ✅ It's Possible with These Recipes!💯
    Oat or oatmeal is an important food source for health because it is low in calories and contains vitamins B1 and B5, as well as iron, magnesium, zinc, folic acid and phosphorus. In this way, it is an important food substance that plays a role in the systematic functioning of the body. In addition, it contributes to the regular functioning of your intestines and muscle and bone development thanks to the amount of calcium it contains. While it is good for constipation, it also prevents this condition from occurring.
    Ingredients:
    2 eggs
    2 tablespoons yogurt
    1 large boiled grated potato
    1 pinch dill
    1 teaspoon red pepper
    1 teaspoon black pepper
    1 teaspoon turmeric
    1 teaspoonful salt (adjust your taste)
    5-6 tablespoons oats
    1 packet baking powder
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    For the top:
    Grated toast cheese (mozzarella)
    Preparation:
    Grate boiled potatoes.
    Then mix all the ingredients; eggs, yogurt, grated potato, dill, red pepper, black pepper, turmeric, salt, oats, baking powder, and olive oil well in a large bowl, respectively.
    Put a tablespoonful amount into muffin moulds from this mixture.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees (392 F) for 35-40 minutes. Every oven is different, bake in a controlled manner.
    After 40 minutes, remove the mold and sprinkle with grated toast cheese.
    Put the mold back into the oven and wait until the cheese melts (10-15 minutes).
