It would of been much better if Ant-Man was on Team Iron Man in Captain America Civil War than Spider-Man on Team Iron Man cause he was fighting Falcon in Ant-Man solo film and it would of made sense if he battling him again in Civil War and this how I would've done for the teams:

Who else thinks ANTMAN is underrated. I think the films are amazing because when I first heard it was being done I thought it could fail but then all the amazing scenes, how powerful he can be and all the technology as well as when he becomes super big is just amazing. Played superbly by Paul Rudd. Glad he got alot of screen time in Endgame

Ant-Man is _very_ lethal when you think about it. All he'd have to do to kill someone is go into literally any of a person's cavities (mouth, ear canal, privates, etc.) and click the 'get bigger' button. That's it. There's no way to combat that if you don't know he's there.

Ant-Man's a really terrifying assassin-type hero if you think about it. He doesn't even have to rely on his physical strength on his mini form, all he needed was poison, like cyanide or ricin. He could also use the shrinking discs to his advantage. Imagine the truck scene, but instead it's a container ship or an entire building being thrown. Getting captured by the enemy? He could always go subatomic to disappear from detection.
Or just un-shrink something after leaving it inside someone while in subatomic mode.
Or you use a growth or shrink disk on someones organ while inside them...
Just look at the what if episode with hank killing the entirety of the avengers

I like to think the suit also regulates force and weight only releasing intended actions like punches with the force of a normal human. Maybe that's why being giant is so straining, the suit would be directing excessive force through you even though you should technically still have the same weight and density of a normal person
