Thank you, coach. The content and production of the videos are both very thoughtful. This is my first time becoming a member on RUclips, and I really enjoy your channel.
Hi :) Thank you, this recap video is very useful to overview everything in one go. If possible, do you think that you could make a video about "where to start" with footwork and mobility? I hurt my knee pretty bad last week due to bad footwork. It was the same with shoulder and wrist, until I found the correct video on your channel on these precise topics, I was hurting myself at each session. With the correct video, I could pinpoint the corred fundamental correct move to make, and this changed everything (no injury anymore on wrist and shoulder). But here I am, will have to stop badminton for weeks. I'm pretty sure my overall footwork and movement on the court is pretty bad, and this is why I hurt myself. Thank you so much. Awesome stuff as always !
We already have so many footwork videos! I hope these help you. ruclips.net/video/-t7LeWrpaRM/видео.htmlsi=gknUnq8T2Jbo7tNI ruclips.net/video/7mGr2-7MCow/видео.htmlsi=Sb4nNfU9p_U6BLNK ruclips.net/video/WHatLU9NgSE/видео.htmlsi=HCazUWVXKFEBxF5T
As always a very good content. I don't know whether it is the translation to English or what, but I always confused when Coach Han mentioned the speed of racket has to match the speed of the shuttle. English is not my first language as well :P Does the "speed" Coach Han mentioned here, is the speed when we swing the racket (matching the speed of the falling shuttle) before acceleration of the racket head (by using our remaining 3 fingers to grip the handle for power)? And Coach Han mentioned a lot about "pulling" the racket. Which part in the hitting sequence is pulling the racket? From my POV, is seems like pushing (in the end before hitting shuttle) or is it "pulling" where from natural stance, to pull the racket behind our head (P shape movement)?
1. If the other team is fast, I am also fast. If the other person is slow, I also slow down. the difference is about 20%(about changing speed.). But you hit everything with 100% force. 2. This is a video about the timing of pulling the finger (racket) forward. It should be done earlier than expected maybe. ruclips.net/video/dkOoogjE9Hg/видео.htmlsi=xxWhKDfLosNOrxRG
Saya pernah smash dan tidak full swing spt pemain profesional alhasil pergelangan saya cidera...apa memang butuh latihan khusus untuk smash gaya profesional....terimakasih...

Is he twisting his arm to the point that he is hitting the shuttle with the opposite side of the racket?
wonderful👍👍
thanks a lot :-)
