- Well it was inevitable really, all good shows eventually pull one together while they’re working on the next episode. And yes we have been working on it; learning new skills and pioneering new techniques and we're almost at the end of a mammoth task. While we put the finishing touches to it, here's the Best of Binky Gag Reel!

Words cannot describe, how much I miss this channels regular, semi annual posts.
I literally looked forward to watching it with my baby daughter every week, month, quarter or year. It taught her the meaning of the word "disappointment".

This brings back so many memories. It was 2015 and I was in my first year of college when I first came across the channel. Since then I’ve completed my studies, fell in love, got married and divorced, changed a few jobs. Now I’m restarting academics and going to start a masters program. The only thing that has been same is Project Binky. I come back and rewatch the episodes and it somehow makes me feel a lot better.
Are you posting this on every BOM video or did you copy someone else?
@@misterdaz1018 I don’t know if I have posted this on the channel before. I might have considering this channel is one of the few things that has been constant throughout the last 8 years. But I definitely didn’t copy anyone else, my life isn’t really that boring 😅
Maybe multiple people have had similar experiences, we’re talking about literally a decade here 🙌🏻
@@misterdaz1018 Every one of us Binkys have similar stories :) I have moved house, one child has become two, changed two jobs, etc etc :) The stability is the intense focus on brackets 😂
God, it's weird seeing such baby faced versions of you guys from early in the build. But Always happy to see more Binky.

Thank you for reminding me why I have spent the most productive years of my life waiting for this build to be finished. Also, it's amazing how much younger you both look in the footage too. Now that I am over 70 with a heart condition and heading for either sudden death or dementia, I'd like to have something to ramble incoherently about in the care home. Damn you two, I'm still hooked but the meter is running! 😄
I enjoyed the ACME side repeater hole immensely the first time around. It's almost as funny when you know it's coming

I'm only 3min in and just loving it!! Ahh, the memories of coming in 7 years late, binging all the episodes across a month or so, and then waiting another couple of years for the next one 🤣
This was great , its was a lot of laughs , Rich I wanted to say the job you did on the wiring harness was outstanding the way you planed it out with the spread sheet , and then finding all of the factory/Pins/ connectors . and not one patch everything with plugs and factory termination . I will go as far as saying it was inspiring .... Thanks for taking the time to do this Pete
Yes, I have really missed the updates and look forward to a return to the regular instalments of Binky, Binky II - this time its perfect, the truck (library lorry), the plastic fantastic kit car and more. I hope to see more cameo appearances too.

When I started watching this, l were a young sprightly teenager, this has recap has helped me remember how much my memory has deteriorated now that l have reached the ripe older age of 55. Hopefully my children will see the completion of this project. Keep up the good work, l will be purchasing another BOM mug soon as it has now started to wear out too.

I discovered this channel when I was doing the “night shift” with the little one after he was born. I’m still here, Binky is still here and my son is 9yo. Love it!

Honestly guys, I know I speak for the most of us viewers. No episodes is not an irritation or inconvenience. It's just how Binky is supposed to be made: without shortcuts. Patrons can always stop subscribing but most of us aren't patrons so nothing lost. We just have to wait eagerly for another piece of brilliant videoed extraction of Binkynism. Cheers.

WTF is going on? Almost a year and a half since the last episode... 9 months since the last video... And then a gag reel with no explanation?!
Is there some other place people are getting updates? What could possibly take so long you need over a year between episodes on an almost finished car?
They posted an update video on the 2nd channel (BOM TV) about 6 months ago. They've been trying to make a fully custom instrument cluster for the car. Then, they released a post on this channel's community tab about 4 months ago, saying that they were going a different direction with episode 38.
