Exactly, the animation is only there so you gamble more because "you got so close". I advise you guys to only open more than one boxes at once as then it just says what you got without the animation. The results are the same but without getting your hopes up because it looks like it lands on something actually good only to give you 10k sl.

I'm not gonna tell you that this animations are fake, because someone else did it already.
But you do not even know what are chances to get a rare vehicle. It can be extremely small chance, so no wonder you got nothing. Even if you open a thousand of this things. (i could have done it but I didn't)
If you would know probability theory, you would realized that it is binomial distribution.
So for a success chance of 5% for 100 cases you get like 99% chance of getting a succes.
But if success rate is like 0.5% it is already 40% for 100 cases, and for success rate of 0.05% it is 0.4% for 100 cases.
So i guess the chances are lower then 0.1% so you got nothing.
If gaijin released the actual exact % chances for vehicles they would be sued into oblivion
I managed to get the KV 220 from the esport trophy cases. It only took me like 20. And I play console so I was very happy because we don’t have a marketplace like PC does so the only way for us to get any type of rare vehicle such as something like that is true these esport cases or whenever the events happen

as far as i am concerned when it comes to gambling. Rigging in a way it shows you a 279 but it goes to the next item (probably SL) is fine but entirely swapping the item when the needle landed on the big reward is quite literally illegal. But since no REAL money is involved (like using GE instead of SL) there is nothing a player can do so its not legal nor illegal. Its just scummy.
