i really wish i could learn ninjustu in real life it will make me a lot more disciplined and i want to continue the ninja legacy i know it sound cringy but still
Breathing exercises could be good for sometimes, which reminds me that we could really use some better rope and pulley engineering these days without everybody using boom lifts or scaffolding, I've been trying to get up to ten pull ups, noticed the wider grips can be hard on the shoulders after, or with the perpendicular handles can be good, although I'm usually the only one that does push ups after karate though... definitely wouldn't recommend doing inverted kama push ups like some people on youtube teach, or lifting their heels during squatting exercises, this is why I could never own a gym and ever leave, and ab exercise machines like the roman chair can be great for isolation or the decline sit ups, can really feel alot better for my bony spine and neck than regular sit ups, like alot of classes... although I would call it more smart than being spoiled... definitely like the smack talking practice and shouting and pointing practice though, rather than getting in boxing matches, which it seems like bobbing and weaving and jabbing can work pretty well for boxers, although it seems like kicking could be even more important, with the added foot muscle conditioning of a wooden dojo floor...? Although I'd say I definitely wouldn't expect anything at least good, other than making money with street acrobatics could come from doing box splits like the shaolin monks do, although the dharma cudgel and walking down stairs on your hands like a spider monkey looks pretty cool...
Breathing correctly ,having correct posture and walking correctly seems to be something ppl lose when they’re young. If u watch 4 or 5 yr olds. They walk perfectly correct. You can change the correct,with NATURAL. We’re the only creature or what ever u wanna say,that has to be taught how to move naturally. As we get older. We pick up bad habits. Slouching, n dragging our feet. It’s funny if u think about it. Lol
