Difficult shelves, but for the price nothing else compared. Exact right size, no one else had this size with ice-/water in the door. I can live with difficult shelves and my wife could not deal with great one since she has PD.
Great how do u remove them?
How do you put the shells back
All the ice makers take up too much room.
Drawers are cheap and don’t slide well
I took mine apart to clean them, can't get them back in right and good ole whirlpool was no help at all!

Ditto! Damnit ! Cant get back in , can’t figure out the white framing plastic. Yes very low quality plastic but frig is only a year old
I’m convinced this is the worst refrigeratorwe ever owned when it only cools and make ice if it wants to, and soooo freaking hard to put back the shelf!!!🤦🏽♀️
Whirlpool / KitchenAide refrigerator is a piece of trash. I have to defrost mine every month if I want to keep it. Without having a spare $4K to buy a new one, that's my only choice. Whirlpool will respond with some BS saying I should contact them with Model and Serial blah blah blah, but they do not stand by their product. This is just a show they use on social media. Their garbage design in faulty in numerous ways and they pass their incompetence on to their customers unless you pay the $500/year extended warranty fee. Buyer Beware. Don't buy KitchenAide or Whirlpool.

@@abtelectronics Thanks for the reply. It's a 2021 model. Issue started within months of purchase. Had to wait almost a year for the vendor to get the parts. Issue returned about a year after the repair. Door gasket is fine. Bottom two drawers meet ice when you close them.
