How to convert dell fan to 4 pin header schematic (SanAce 80) sound

Hello again!
I had a dell fan laying around so i decided to standardize its connector for ease of use in future projects.
Fan is a 12v SanAce 80 rated 0.58 A, with PWM control

In my case dell used excatly the same colors as you and over an 12V Fan hub there was no problem to power up an 120mm 12V,1A Fan haha

i think you need draw a diagram so audience will easy understand. i need to convert server fan into my pc if possible. Thanks
