yep, those are the rival rb5 bag mitts with the fistwork gaunlet (rival's wrist weights that you can add onto gloves)

I looked at another video from him "strength and conditioning workout" that one showed me new or different exercises. but this video about heavy bag nothing is new, special or useful for me in this video basta 🤷🏾♂️.
