I like this idea of "raw work". Shows the reality of boxing training. Its not this crazy rocky training montage but rather a repetitive and tedious process
His style is perfected. First attack, second attack. His feet move very lightly. In and out. In this Moment when he goes out, after the first attack he have the Control with his first hand that he stays in the distance.
Dmitry Bivol is the best in boxing history, and the Soviet school of boxing is the best in the world. Some past and current champions call him a genius.

Look up “soviet style boxing” I believe thats where Bivol developed his style, its pretty awesome and makes you light in the feet kinda like teleporting lol
It's difficult training for 7 round sprint heavybag session. My question is how long each round and how long his rest between round. It's like interval bag training, too much energy. Please someone answer me, mybe ben can answer
idk if there's a changes in his stamina, i notice that he's having a hard time dealing with his stamina now, the way he breathe, he looks like he's easily exhausted, i hope he notice that too, that's a big factor if he's facing Beterbiev. i didn't saw him like this in his previous trainings, like the Canelo fight, he's not like this. keep up the good work Bivol, we're rooting for u against Beterbiev.
this is just clips of him training bro, god knows what other training he was doing off camera which probably made him tired, its hard to come to conclusions from 10 mins of training clips
Do you not see the pattern of his training? It is not a simple bag work it is explosive bag work. Coach is commanding him to go all out of 30 seconds and reduce the pace and keep hitting with lower intensity. That ingeneral is extremely exhausting.
it’s a process you’re not gonna be in top fight shape he’s definitely working behind the scenes and not only that you don’t gotta worry about a champion like this to not show up in shape well conditioned. There’s a reason why he’s who he is and you are who you are
Okay for anyone who can help with this. I've recently been having a lot of problems with my crosses. I do Muay Thai, and recently have been looking to up my punching game. My crosses are just straight up week. I have been doing a lot of supplementary gym work to improve them, but I always end up hurting my wrist for some reason. I am right handed, and fight in an orthodox stance - yet still, my crosses and even hooks on the right are just weaker. Any suggestions on how to make them stronger?
If your wrists hurt, it could be on your form. If not maybe do some wrist strengthening exercises, like the ones beterbiev do. Knuckle push ups are pretty good too, thats where i started.
'd like to learn why all his Jabs and Crosses are at the shoulder level on the punch bag. I train : my hits are a bit higher at my components head level , but Bivols punches are all seem to me at his shoulder level, like body shots.. I am new to this sport ,Can someone tell me why ?
Foreman also didn’t use proper form when training his power shots, you dont need to maintain proper form in the bag as long as you know what type of training youre doing i.e speed, power, stamina, technique etc.

Cant say it better.. is bivol using 18oz regular or is it more only a plus workout
When you box so beautifully, you inspire your manager and your sponsor to box too
love that bivols manager is hitting the bag in the background too.
Love this. This is actual boxing. No camera or fancy angles. Just work. Success in this sport requires genuine work and integrity
The way he moves is like ballet.Flawless
best boxing content out there! more day in a life with bivol brother
The sound gloves hitting the bag is so beautiful.
It's beatiful to watch that kind of raw material and Bivol man..hes definition of complete boxer
Bivol is the most aesthetically pleasing boxer to watch in this generation. Thank you BOXRAW, for making him the boxer to partner with! 🥊

Gennadii Mashianov his like the modern day Mr Miyagi. Respect to all these men.
That bag work is nothing but elite level 🥊🔥🇷🇺
Bivol makes the bag move with just JABS
Too bad he can’t KO anyone lol.
With the whistle, he showed his punch volume. Good to see this.
The commitment to the craft is amazing!
Дима ты крутой , твоя техника на высоте молодец 👍 радуй своими победами и красивыми боями мы за тебя держим кулачки 👊
Somehow i feel more peaceful and inspired watching these kinds of training compared to those super cinematic-dramatized training videos.
Machine but humble .power and speed .great champion
Insane footwork

Why is his guard down when he is punching the bag? But in the fights I see he always has his guard up
If he can keep his guard up in a fight he dont need to keep it up when hitting the bag
