Your pronounications of the attractions are spot on!!🤩 And at the moment a lot of attractions are closed (due to constructions) , but also the main entrance area is under construction (due to the new hotel opening in '25. So it is a little bit uglier/less beautiful atm :( (for everyone reading this and planning to go to Efteling)
Watching Aquanura in the dark is such a good one! I'm going in february, so that'll go on my list as well :)
Renting skates is 2,50 euro's (or between 2,50-4,50, differs per year, but last year it was €2,50)

That's so kind of you to say. We've still found the park extremely magical and we've had a super time so far. The construction hasn't hindered too much for us. Aquanura last night in the dark was spectacular. We loved it so much. What a great alternative to fireworks. Thank you for the heads up on the ice skating and thank you for watching 😀 x

I'm sure you'll have a great time, construction or not. Look out for the machines that give you a small souvenir in exchange for a coin. You have the Donkey, The Smithy, Crowned Duck and The Stone Hen. Consider getting a Magic water or kids meal at Polles Keuken, for more cheap souvenir ideas.
We'll have to see if theres a way to get a coin as we don't have any. We've seen the machines though. That's cool that they give you a souvenir. Thank you for watching 😀 x
If your are comming during the weekend make time to visit CARO the Efteling theatershow. It's a very good show with Efteling music and you don't need to known Dutch.

So excited for this new series me and my boyfriend were just looking at a visit for august as we have a European wedding near by! So this will be giving us all the Inspo!

Not the best time for going back, Efteling is a complete construction and renovating pit at the moment, all the coasters were down in the past week, except Max and Moritz and Vogelrok......There is one big plus though........the lighting in the evening is stunning, especially around the winter area......Hope you have a lot of fun and that Martyn finally does Baron, have a tip for him, and I know, it sounds weird, but it is the best to do Baron on the FRONT row for the 1st time, trust me, you can see the track, so it is less scary, besides, the last row is a lot more powerfull also! Thumbs up!

Efteling love it, I went 2 years ago to Loosche Land. Unfortunately many things are now under construction, but you will love the Winter-Efteling. Don't forget to visit Bäkerei Krümel, Helena will love it. 😁 Hopefully you can see Aquanura, as lake is frozen.

Awww Efteling - we still haven’t been but your trip inspired us to do so. We ALMOST went over Xmas but it was going to cost quite a lot so, we didn’t do it x. COME ON MARTYN! Time to face your fears there 😊.

Efteling is very unique with its own identity. 😊 Very magical, based on fairytales and a world of wonder. Great rides, theming, nature and very friendly. Highly recommend. We love both theme parks. Thank you for watching Jenny x

To bad your visiting at this moment because its a bit of a big building depot at the moment. Many rides closed, many fences, a lot of buidling going on in the park. Efteling is always fun, but at the moment... I can imagine it wont be the experience your would expect or want of the park. Hope you still will enjoy your stay, because you already planned it, but keep in mind.... its not the full experience your gonna get.

I love watching your videos and tripreports from foreign visitors to the Efteling. We are yearpass holders and visit the park around twice a month. But love seeing the comments and reactions of people that are visiting the first (or second) time. Enjoy your stay, because its still a very special place to be!! 🎉😊
@@sohelenaandmartyn if your visiting the fairytale forest, stop at the gnome village to find the hidden creatures. Mouse in the big mushroom house chimney, hidden squirrel above the door in the house with the gnome in the window. Your bucketlist sounds real fun! If you have some spare time in the evening, you could visit the Doloris Meta Maze in Tilburg. ;-)
Januari is cheap because they close a lot of the rides.
