Green Lantern STOPS HOLDING BACK On Child Murderer

In this video we talk about "GREEN LANTERN: HATE CRIME" written by Judd Winnick, and drawn by Dale Eaglesman! The "Hate Crime" story is a 2 issue arc (Green Lantern 154-155) where Kyle Rainer's art student is brutally beaten and hospitalized because of his sexuality. We see how Kyle Rayner responds to this, and the sheer measures he will go to in order to avenge his friend. I really liked this story, I thought its a great example on how to handle serious topics in comics! The covers for these issues are FIRE, Jim Lee really cooked on the covers!

I like how Superheroes gets brutal or ruthlesss And Dark when nessseary.superheroes are not pure peoples that they Are pretends to be that everyday.THEY ARE ALSO COMPLEX PEOPLES WHO HAVE LOT OF RESPONSIBILITY ON THEIR SHOULDER YET THEY ARE TRYING TO DO THE RIGHT THING.
