Apple cider vinegar stopped my gerds, reflux and PA’s in their tracks. I took a 2 tablespoons with water 3 times a day to start and took less as time went on. Worked fast. If comes back starts again. Be patient.
It went away because you hernia went away not bc of the apple cider vinegar. Her was come amd go as do the symptoms. Hate to burst your bubble here but that's a fact

Suffering with hiatal hernia is challenging and Barrett’s esophagus can become deadly throat cancer (as it did with my father). What it is about keloids that are an issue with this tool?
