      "he’s not required to make it public"
      True but most politicians including liberals have nothing to hide in their tax records (does Trump?) so they have no problem releasing them....
      " He didn’t break any laws"
      And you know this how? Because he said so (the person that has told over 10K lies in the last 3 years) ?
      The latest information looks like he either committed Bank Fraud (inflating his net worth to get a loan) or Tax Fraud (deflating his net worth to lower his taxes) or both.Just in case you are not in the US both Bank Fraud and Tax Fraud are illegal.
      I take it you ignore all information that conflicts your blind faith in a pathological liar...
      " If you liberals weren’t the most retarded people on the planet you’d know that."
      Project much?

      @Thor Marnix Except she didn't violate any laws, as he gave consent to everything she did. White Hat hacking is not illegal...

    • @Kodakuna
      @Kodakuna 5 лет назад +1

      @Thor Marnix No shit it isn't a legally defined term... I never said it was, though I can see how you interpreted it that way. That being said, "White Hat Hacking" is generally used to refer to the authorized use of unauthorized means to gain access to or manipulate a computer system, usually for the purposes of security testing.
      I'm uncertain whether you're correct about it technically being fraud (if real), but I can guarantee you that no prosecutor would ever bring charges under those circumstances, as the "victim of fraud" was a willing participant.
      You can split hairs about the technicality of the law all you like. It doesn't change the fact that she wasn't really putting herself in any legal risk, whether it was a "real" or fake.

    • @Kodakuna
      @Kodakuna 5 лет назад

      @Thor Marnix You can say something's illegal until you're blue in the face, but you have yet to provide any evidence.
      That said, you seem to be too stupid to understand the clarification in my last reply. Whether or not she would ever be charged may be immaterial to if she technically committed a crime. But I had already conceded that she *MIGHT* have. I clarified my original point that, whether technically illegal or not, there is absolutely no way she would EVER be charged, let alone convicted, of any crime. Thus she wasn't putting herself in any legal risk at all.
      And arguing over the technicalities of law is totally splitting hairs, when my whole point was about the realistic legal risk, and I clarified that. I highly doubt you would be able to find a single example of anyone ever actually being charged and convicted under these circumstances.
      There are tons of things that are technically illegal, but people do all the time and never get in trouble for.

      Marcos Filho Stealing, robbing, defrauding, assaulting, abusing, murdering, etc. are all ILLEGAL. Perps will try to exploit others and perpetrate their harmful and costly acts on their victims. There’s no real 100% surefire way to stop them. One can just take steps to minimize the likelihood of being victimized by becoming educated, alert, and taking necessary proactive steps. Laws are effective for people who are generally pro-social and law-abiding but individuals with antisocial personalities and such think that they’re above the law or that the law is just an pesky obstacle that they need to work around to get what they want. Instead of “Thou shall not “ do such and such, society should emphasize “We are members of our community and SHOULD treat others as we would want to be treated.” Old Testament code vs. radical “Golden Rule” principle known most famously in the New Testament and attributed to Jesus the Christ’s revolutionary teaching (BUT the same general idea is found in many cultures and time periods, and supported by findings in various scientific fields that show the many benefits that motivate and result from individual acts of kindness and group’s emphasis on pro-social attitudes and behavior).

      @Marcos Filho Dude... "Hacking" is CRAZY ILLEGAL!!! Basically the FBI views it as domestic terrorism, and hackers get treated accordingly. Read up on some of the earliest hacker convictions; some of them spent years in prison without a trial so the laws could catch up... it's seriously brutal. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bernie_S en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kevin_Mitnick www.theatlantic.com/technology/archive/2013/01/aaron-swartz-isnt-first-hacker-commit-suicide-face-federal-investigation/319484/ www.wired.com/2008/08/indicted-federa/ and on and on and on. They could've been recruited to give the U.S. an edge, but instead we just wasted these brilliant minds, and punished them for being inquisitive and intelligent, cause that's what American society does. Now go watch football and the reality tv president.

On social media, anyone that lists, comments on or are friends with a mother's brother, will be able to know a mother's maiden name because it is the same last name as the brother's last name. So if I need your mother's maiden name, and I am able to see your friend list, I just need to figure out who your mother's brother is and bingo I have a way to bypass a security question. Banks of all places still use this info as a security measure!!!!!!

      This does work, I found the home address of a CEO and wrote him hand written letters every week for six weeks, finally I got a phone call from his secretary stating my issue has been resolved, and kindly asked that please stop sending letters to his home.

      Fair point, but the social engineering aspect or avenue of hacking is something to be wary of. The average person doesn't care if they were hacked or socially engineered, they just want to be made whole and made safe from it.

    This is called penetration testing: someone or some organization intentionally hire hackers to attack their own systems, report back what vulnerabilities the hackers found, and help the system admins to patch them up.

    An American commented on the Internet: "The Syrian government used chemical weapons last week!" At this time, one person said to the Americans: "I was in Syria last week and found no chemical weapons." The Americans ignored him and continued. Comments: "We recently found that there is no freedom in hk." Someone stood up and said: "I was at hk last week, and it is very free here." The Americans said seriously: Don't go around and watch more news. Such as CNN and BBC.

    Can’t relate to this. In some European countries the data privacy rules are so strict, You have to identify yourself first with your address and date of birth before a company reveals any info. There’s no way that she could have called and gotten an address from a company in EU. Only people that already know that info can call a company posing as you. Unless it’s like a local mom and pop store. If she would have gotten hold of my phone or laptop that would have been different. She would have gotten all my info in less than 15 seconds 🙈

      What she did is social engineering, and it can be used to hack too. Hacking is not only the "tech" stuff per see, most of the work is literally collecting information.
