Jumpinpin flathead fishing: First decent flatty for the year

Been two weeks since we found a school of Flathead on a patch of sand up at the pin which is loaded with bait at the moment. Went back and didn't get the numbers but we got a solid fish at 70 cm on the dot in less than a metre of water. Lures : Zman 3' Slim swims in Pearl, Midnight oil and Opening night
Conditions
Boat traffic : High
Wind : Less than 5 knots
Tide : Runout
Moon : Full 99%
