@@GrowingDownUnder definitely not true. Tom Ford fragrances are very decent, and Neroli Portofino is made to be a more modern version of great classic - 4711. Why do you think a good cologne accord smells like toilet spray I don't know, but I can tell you, as a perfumer that you're very wrong because Neroli Portofino is a masterpiece

Okay... was the guy taking apart his Hugo Boss bottle for decants REALLY illegal, or just unadvisable? I've had to do that myself a few times with bottles that were cracked, and transfer them to newer spritzer bottles in order to preserve them, so I don't see the issue.
Selling them for business purposes is extremely different to your example.

what's your opinion on Essenza di Colonia from Acqua di Parma. I like Tom Ford Neroli Portofino but I've heard this is a cheaper alternative.
Very different scents, Essenza is a masterpiece and I prefer it between the two
