    3 cups of white rice (canilla rice)
    2 cups of water (filtered water)
    2 tablespoons of oil (mazola oil)
    1 tablespoon salt

    Great instructions. I have never cooked rice. I will use the round rice, less salt and will use extra light olive oil.

      I leave it on medium high for 15 minutes then low for 20 minutes

      Hello, I never tried that. But to be honest I wouldn't try it it might mess up the rice.

    Question.. do you use medium or large white rice ? Is it ok to use Arroz Rico, I’ve never seen Canilla rice?
    Also, if one wants to make 2 cups of rice how much water is needed for 2 cups of rice ???

      Hello, I use medium rice. Also you can add 1¹/2-2 cups of water as well. I've never tried Arroz Rico before but you can try it, it should work. Enjoy🤗

    For a smaller portion like one person… one up of rice 2 cups of water? Or is that to much water

    Hi, will this work with long grain rice and is it 3 cups rice to 2 cups water like the description? or is it 2 cups rice to 3 cups water? if i wanted less rice do i split the recipe in half? i would be so greatful for a reply x

      It's okay hun, maybe you didn't add enough water or your flames were alittle to high so the water dried quick. But no worries cause in the beginning my rice would come out hard or burnt or even smooshy. You will get it🤗
