You make it look so easy. You got skills nena! Quick question. I need to make at least 4 cups of rice. Should then just double the rest of the ingredients? And how long should I cook it for? Thanks in advance & God bless 🙏

If more oil is added to this rice will it not stick to the bottom of the pan? Ida your personality and videos have inspired me to learn to cook some Puerto Rican dishes (BUT I'm too intimidated to cook alcapurria or pastele and really wish somebody / somewhere would sell / ship frozen alcapurria)! You are so adorable when you grin and say "Try It" at the end of your videos... makes me smile every time!

Thanks for coming to the rescue I tried it and it came out perfect.

Just a few questions. I ALWAYS get this messed up.
Once you put the salt into the water and taste it what am I suppose to be looking for? Is it suppose to be Salty or a little Salty?
While your waiting for the water to absorb do you put the cover back on? or do you leave it off?
    when should i stir it?

    • @sweetsandbeyond

I will!! Gracias por ser tan fácil de seguir. Yo he visto muchos videos de otra gente y siempre complican las cosas. En cambio tu simplificas todo y se hace fácil seguirte. You're awesome.

Question? Is the water suppose to be boiling already when putting in the rice? Or I can put the rice with the water and let heat up all the same time?
