The good old days where everything was so simple it wasn't pay 2 win and getting a legendary was so exciting and a flex. Man can't believe how time flies I used to play back when there was only the ice wiz and princess as legendaries.

The only good update that brought back the game was magic items (a fan idea)
The only thing that brought back the game was making 2v2 a permanent mode, not just a summer event. The game was dying and it took them MONTHS to return 2v2. 2v2 ladder would save this burning pile again.

Brother thanks for making me remember that I actually started playing Clash Royale in "December 2016". Now I clearly remember that the 'Dart 🎯 Goblin' card really amused me and I wanted it so bad in my deck. In those days collecting card and especially legendary card meant a lot! Cheers to 6 years of CR! 🏆
Been watching OJ since 2017 played clash for 2 years and i quit and i again installed few months ago, game is still as good as before. Suprised that my old deck still is as good as before.

For those who were not here. The ebarbs era was a dark time. They were as fast as a lumberjack. I think they had more health too. Now imagine raging them
i still remember back in 2016 i was in 6th grade and saw my friend playin clash royale, and i thought the golem was some teenage mutant ninja turtle just by looking at its picture lmao. started playing a month after and got graveyard in a wooden chest. didnt even realize how lucky it was either. ah, good times.

You know what would be a good card idea? A gravity pull. It slows down large troops, potentially even stopping them while also killing smaller troops. all projectiles get their range cut in half so melee doesn’t change. It would be a 5 elixer card with a range of 3.5 tiles with crown tower damage of 180 and potentially stunning the tower
I remember when i first played clash royal in 2016 i was on a grind to reach the hog arena idk what it's called now but that what i called it back than bcuz at that time hog arena was the last arena you could reach on and time time all the new cards came in and when the night witch came i stopped playing clash royal and went for brawl stars and the time i left the clash royal i was an archery arena but never got to the hammer one so yeah this brings back memories ❤️

I was an OG player and I remember how pissed I was when they released seasons... U had to purchase it with real money and there were no means of getting it through grinding. I was so mad and deleted the game. And I also remember logging one day and suddenly seeing tons of rewards on trophy road. Back then, I was too young to watch RUclips...

I used to play clash royale when you need coins to play. Sadly, i lost the account and made a new one 4 years ago. i really miss the old clash royale. i’d always play clash royale every saturday, but now not really bc top ladders are annoying, using cards like mega knight, egiant, pekka, and ebarbs.
