    Neisha, you’re so cute!! Love this vlog. & I love your journey, question: how do you manage ur expenses while down there? I may be abroad for work at some point so I need some tips on that department 😅
    Also, I love that ur studying has focused more on understanding versus memorizing. This is a recent realization I came to as well with my nursing studies, and it definitely has helped tremendously!! I’m able to actually retain the info way better now 👍
    Best of luck with everything!!

      And thank you! I really had to understand a lot more material as things are taught in greater depth here and the questions are on another level too! I'm happy to hear it has worked for you too! I saw you passed your exam as well, congratulations! Im very proud of you and let me know if you have any other questions about living abroad, I know how overwhelming it can be! 💕🤗

    hey im starting med 3 at aua next semester and yes the water is extremely bad. I started breaking out REALLY bad the first semester and the heat makes you want to eat sweets all the time but by med 2 youll get used to it. Also, yes understand the material however, find out what works best for you because sometimes memorization DEFINITELY HELPS especially in renal, youll see next semester when it comes to the nephron and its segments. Im rooting for you, I found your video just doing some research on aua content and came across your MUA video. I admire your tenacity to never give up on your dream. You will do great at AUA as long as you keep your head in the books and dont get caught up in campus drama. You got this! 💜💜

    Love the content! Current MS-1, are all your classes mandatory to attend? I personally watch lectures live from home and only attend class for group assignments, quizzes, and exams of course. If your school records all your lectures you can save a lot of time with traveling and everything and maybe change the way you study by watching them live at home. Totally understandable if you learn better by going to class though! To each their own :)

    • @NeishaG
      @NeishaG  Год назад +2

      Thank you so much for watching! Our lectures aren’t mandatory, but I personally choose to go to school for lectures! I personally find that I’m not distracted on my phone and such & can focus a lot better at school. And if I have questions I can go right after & ask! Plus I did do online lectures for a year and a half at my old medical school, and I just prefer a different environment to learn! But thank you for the suggestion! Who knows, maybe next semester it may be different! ☺️

    A friend moved to and became a resident in texas. So much easier to get into medical school in Texas. Carribean is very risky i feel. You'll be perfect to open a beauty clinic needing a doctor in the future, even as an side hustle. Fyi North cal nurses can make 200k usd/year. Many 1 year post bac nursing degree programs too. A friend dismissed from med school did that.
