I actually just made a 100-envelope challenge tracker, that is blank! This way if you have $8 left over you can just add that and then you add the amount to the tracker :) Takes a bit of pressure off, no idea what your total will be until the end. BUT! also makes is so the days where you just cant afford it the lets say $59 envelope, you can just add what you can and update the tracker!

It's a great idea that you erased the lower denomination envelopes and pushed all of them into the bigger numbers. ❤ Here in Romania we're also using polymer notes, but when I did it, I used regular white envelopes so I wouldn't need to fold the bills. It's so satisfying seeing the bottom rows done! 🤩 I just started your mini savings challenge booklet and I love it!

I’m so beyond happy for you, that is great progress! I’m doing the 100 envelope challenge this year as well and it’s such a good idea what you’ve done. We all have to make these challenges accommodate to us.
I have a "challenge bank" for when I unstuff my cash envelopes, all my left over cash goes into the bank and I restuff with my new budget for the pay period. Then when I do my challenges I pull that money from the bank. If I only had a few dollars left and UT wasn't enough for a challenge envelope it would set in the bank till there was enough. It also helps when I have a tight week, I can still put money into my challenges if there's money in the bank 😉
this is what I have have been doing as I go every other week or so. I recount and mark off a bigger amount vs the 2-3 small ones I had.

Great idea. If anyone feels overwhelmed by the 100 envelope challenge you can do the 50 envelope challenge 4 times and save 5,100.

I'm starting to incorporate more challenges and want to do envelope challenges as well. I do think I'm going to start with the 26 envelope and use what is saved to start the 100 envelopes focusing first on the higher amounts.
That's an awesome amount saved so far, good job! I'm doing similar - I'm starting with the 50 envelope and then I'll use that to stuff a lot of the higher numbers in the 100 envelope. I'm rounding a lot up because I don't want to deal with the coins (loonies and toonies here in Canuck-land) so It'll be interesting to see how much I actually wind up with lol

LOVE THE VIDEO!!!! Ira you are awesome and nailing the challeng. Might I suggest that you change your markers to Expo Vis-a-Vis Wet Erase markers. Comes in a variety of colors and comes off with water. (I don't like smears and dries fast). Just an idea.

Just 'discovered' you and love the envelopes! I have just plain boring white ones. Maybe the colored ones would inspire me more. Plus, how smart to move and combine the lower dollar amounts into higher ones. Genius!

This is a good idea, i think im going to do this to the Penny Challenge so it doesnt look as daunting with all the higher numbers 🤪 start small... one day ill do the 50 or 100 envelope challenge.

Great video and savings Ira. Fair play to you on getting the big numbers out of the way. I find this challenge really scary because I just can't afford to save more than €50 a week. I'm doing 1-25 4 times total savings of 1300.

I am doing a 100 envelopes challenge as well, however, I'm doing 1-50 2 times around. I don't have the wiggle room to do any higher than $50.
