First Generation Diesels Volume 1, Locomotive Sounds, Arkay LP

Finally got some legible captions. Does anybody have the information sheet for First Generation Diesels Volume 2?
Some previous comments:
1. The RSD-13 is actually a RSD-15.
2. The LP was probably recorded between 1959 and 1972.
3. The Whitcomb 0-4-0 is preserved.
4. Thanks to those who contributed photos where none was on the album cover.
