Looks really good, and I'm totally going to make this recipe! I have the same air fryer, and agree that it runs somewhat hot. I will follow your times but maybe bring the temp down to 380 so the sausages don't get quite as crisp on the outside. I find it's a lot of trial and error with this thing, but totally enjoy it! Thanks for another great recipe, love your channel!

Great video! Sausage and Peppers is one of my favorite dishes and I can't wait to try this in my air fryer.
This is a delicious recipe. I used my red silicone inner pot to hold all the ingredients. I also used a little bit of doctored Pasta Sauce to go over the sausages, onions and peppers on the hoagie roll. Perfect!

Really like your channel and I too have the Casori air fryer. I don’t think your unit is running overly hot, but remember anytime you raise your food (links on top of the veggies and in a slightly raised bowl) the meat is going to be much closer to the heating element. Keep up the good work!
Good recipe! I like to cut my Sausages into little meatballs and add some frozen Pierogies for a one pot meal!

to keep saying your airfryer runs hot is wrong...you have a temperature adjustment...run it a 10 degrees cooler? BTW they look perfect! YUM!

A friend and I just made 30 pounds of sausage. Two of the links we made were onion sausage and hot Italian. I actually cooked a link of onion sausage for breakfast this morning. If you can get some homemade (I have both store bought and my homemade) then you’ll find the flavor is exponential.

Try 145 with 5 minute rest for sausages. So much better, and completely safe.
What about frozen peppers and onions
You’ll have to learn that 400 in an air fryer and the oven! So of your air fryer runs hot you’re cooking on broil. Maybe try try veggies and sausage together at 375 or lower. Pack the dish with veggies and then put the sausages and n last. The purpose is not to speed cook but to ge able to cook 👨🍳 me meal all together. So veggies on bottom and meats on top. Absolutely delicious!!!!

That sounds like a good idea actually. Maybe half the broth and use beer to make up the other half.
It's not running hot, sitting on top of those peppers and onions the sausages were much closer to the heating element. Think oven broiler. You need a shallower pan.
