It's amazing that this new regime is so open to their fans about BTS content. It really makes it easy to trust them on their word. Proud of these guys and hope the labour of their works shows out in the upcoming future. Really excited to be a Vikings fan! Skol!

Exactly. Kwesi told us about their vision, what they value, and how they work together, and all we ever see is example after example. Like when some of the unknown Scouts and Coaches did the pressers during the draft. That is just pure trust and acknowledgement. Things that many people value as much as money.

This is the most positive set of changes in the VIkings organization (and the leadership) that I've witnessed in my lifetime. Head Coach and GM are an example of how Lombardi trophies are won.
Let's pump the brakes a bit. They haven't even held minicamp yet. Time will tell if the new changes ultimately translate to wins. I will say I remember some pretty suspect management under the likes of Mike Lynn, Roger Headrick, et al and they still had some excellent teams despite this - including 3 teams that came within a game of advancing to the Super Bowl (1987, 1998, 2000).

This video just makes me even more pumped and proud to be a Vikings fan, seeing the brotherhood and camaraderie between all the coaches, seeing a HC and GM get along and be on the same page while paving the way for an exciting future for the team I love.

Wow they wanted Cine since the 12 spot and still got him at 32 and got an extra round 2. Yes maybe we didn’t get enough but man players wise they got what they wanted.
thats what many people dont see...the value is in the two players that the vikings wanted this year, not a next year first round...which maybe no other team was willing to trade for, so the vikings did the trade...worked out great for the vikings.
If they wanted Cine at 14 over Hamilton there is a talent evaluation problem..

I really do love this new regime. They are full of swagger, and they are bold in the process they want to take. They are taking full control of this franchise with a iron fist. That’s all you can ask for as a fan

I like this tag team duo of Kwesi and KOC. KOC is able to understand the "WHYs" of what Kwesi is trying to accomplish and then explain it to the Wilfs, so that they will understand. Sometime it is hard to understand smart people like Kwesi.

I have no issues with any team trading back to pick up additional picks. I have a problem with them bending over and letting the Lions rape them. It was bad value and they should've been able to get more for dropping back 20 spots in the 1st round.
I hope everyone knows trading down to get the guy we wanted in the first round saved a lot of money as well

Still think they should've got more on the Detroit trade, BUT they got the players they wanted. And to see this video of the trading room is AWESOME, it helps fans to understand the process, feeling more involved.
5:24 It's amazing to see that they really did want Cine from the start. You always hear coaches say "we were sweatin it out for you" but you always wonder if they were really the first guy they wanted or not. Here you can see they absolutely wanted Cine from the start, and they had the guts to trade back add some more picks and still get the guy they really wanted.
roger that...to kwesi/KOC, the trade value was worth it, but many out there dont feel the same...and its a shame. kwesi/KOC value players that they selected to be part of the new vikings culture...just becuase someone else have a different approach to value and what value means, doesnt mean its the same for another...and from watching the video, both kwesi/KOC felt that they got value from doing the trades that they did (still able to get the players that they wanted plus add additional picks that they felt was worth the trades...a win/win)
@@ThisIsHarderThanIThought it’s not a win/win just because they got who they wanted. The talent has to match up. There is a reason values are placed on draft picks. In the end we shall see as football fans but as an objective Lions fan that’s dealt with many years of losing and have grown to ge a realist this trade heavily favors Detroit. The Vikings should’ve never had to give up their 2nd rounder. Is what it is.

I’m ALL IN with them! For the 1st time since Day 1 as a Vikings fan in 1984, I trust the front office isn’t doing things the old fashioned way. They have a next gen plan and strategy that will bring the trophy here.

This is the best video I've seen in a long time. Shows they we're very intentional, strategic. They know they are taking bets on who can be available where when, how they work out. Us as fans, to judge based on not one one thousandth of the information they have, is beyond illogical.

Cine, Booth (could be the best corner of the draft), Ingram & Asamoah = all great picks.

Great to see so many happy and intelligent fans in the comments. There seem to be way too many under-informed negative pretend "fans". Not surprising I guess to find real fans here looking for a peak at what actually happened!! A great start by Kwesi and Kevin - just gets better.

@NemainRising34 I've trusted Kwesi since listening to his introductory presser and his 1st FA moves. Every time I looked into the details, the player was better than I thought, or the contract was much better than what the NFL press publicised, and everything seemed to follow a plan.
Some Vikes fans seem to want big splashes, but I think this guy is just quietly making this team a lot better very quickly.

I didn't like the trades at first, and I didn't follow the draft and college football last year but I am thrilled with what they did. After learning about the players and how they shuffled around and got 4 picks in the top 66! I think they knocked this draft out of the park.
I think people forget that this is his first ever draft as a GM. Can't expect perfection out of the gate, which is why i think they did not want to do a full rebuild.
Sure, but he has been in the draft room 5 or 6 times before, so it wasn't new. The only new thing was making the final decision - which just means checking off with your key guys that they're all happy before you pull the trigger.
I doesn't change what happens - just means he wears all the responsibility for a decision everyone was happy with!
