    One of the things we've noticed over this year is that whatever got you to this point, with respect to finding new customers, isn't producing the same number of new business anymore. We're seeing companies that had a nice pipeline of business and a nice recurring revenue stream from long-time customers suddenly interested in prospecting -- the old sources of business are diminishing a little and new customers aren't coming aboard as fast. It has suddenly become a lot more relevant and a lot more important to begin making some cold calls. To actually pick up the phone, initiate a conversation with the company you're not doing business with today, get in to a relationship and hopefully, turn a few of those people and companies into new customers.
    One of the reasons that we introduced this workshop was this need we saw with our customers to begin adding some new customers to the pipeline. What we did is we stepped back and we designed a workshop that, in the course of one day, will walk people through both the psychology as well as the process of prospecting and have them understand at a very deep level how this is different from selling: where they need to focus, what they need to do, how to block time in their schedule, how to make this a priority and then how to execute a process that has high integrity and that forms a meaningful long-term relationship with their prospect... and in many cases the prospecting call is going to lead to a sales opportunity.
