When outlining your priorities, you never mention safety, not even once... Where does safety of your staff and your guests sit in terms or priorities for the business?
, love your your tube posts in the evening, podcasts in the car for the commute. Your Books at the weekend. God I would love to work for of your companies , I may apply once I sell my small business that has consumed the last 15 years of my life, urghh!

I think this is great and I’ll certainly use this idea for my next hire. One thing I don’t understand is that you’re standing in front of the candidates telling them all the things that you’re looking for, but none seem to be taking any notes!
Hi James, I assume you are using this is a deselection process where many of the candidates sitting there will say to themselves that this job is not for them?
