    At 58 just started bear crawling. Why wait to break a hip, pre-empt fate, get on the ground now and learn to love rolling around again.

    what is the position for the scapula? or would any position be considered for progression type?

      Andree Go do you mean protracted, retracted or neutral ? Rigid and neutral would be most optimal for this movement .

      Thank you! and yes i was just wondering because of the unstable nature of the ab wheel, if it would get those rotator cuff muscles firing as well

    I use a single wheel. Thinner the wheel more difficulty.
