Aloha guys 🌺 , our family went to Orchids and omg it was so good , that my sister and I wanted to go back, but yes you have to book in advance that’s how popular they are and definitely worth the high price , also if you can you have to try Tonkatsu Tamafuji but yes another place you have to book in advance .
Our family usually stays on the Ko’Olina side , but since all the good restaurants are in Honolulu we now stay there , and travel to North Shore when needed.
Can’t wait to see the next vlog to see where your next meal will be , and yes Lisa the pineapple in the islands is the best 👍👍👍

Nice to see you two in my neck of the woods. Bird of Paradise always did a good job with their brunch. Like everything the price has gone up but lucky thing they used to extend a Senior discount. Enjoy the time here.

Today we went to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and enjoyed the spread. Had to agree with Bill on the bun under the Benedict. Not a good choice by the kitchen. They could have substituted a taro English muffin instead. Roland took care of our table and did a great job. Known him for years but haven’t been there since before the pandemic. Teased him that you folks recommended him to your millions of followers 🤙🤙🤙

Actually from ewa beach, I used to work in Waikiki and everyday it would take me only 20-25 minutes drive to work🤙

Everything looks delicious. My brother lived in Hilo for 40 years and I'd go stay with him for at least 2 months over the summer. So many places to get grinds now in Hawaii. BTW, The background behind Bill looked like a movie background painting... Can't wait for more!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

What a beautiful brunch spot! ❤ Pancit typically has the flavors of soy and lemon and usually contains chicken and/or pork (Filipina here hehe!). Flies are a thing in Hawaii when eating outdoors. Once they sense food, forget it! lol. Thanks guys!
Another buffet with lots of seafood is La Hiki which is at Four Seasons Ko'olina. I think reservations are at least a month out though. That is usually our go to buffet.

Fantastic video, all the food looked delish. Wish there was a way to eat outside without being bothered by those pesky flies. And I still think McDonald's makes exceptional pancakes.
Seems like no matter where you go in Hawaii, once the flies sense food, forget it! lol

0:04 Lisa I have to AGREE with you ! We just spent 15 days on Oahu and yes the fresh pineapple there is different to here in Australia. The pineapple is sweeter , almost candy like. When I grill pineapple on my bbq it becomes a similar flavour to the pineapple on Oahu.
Oh yes, Pineapples just hit differently in Hawaii.
