The 1st cop is a clear example of I’m too scared to ride so I hate on bikers. Then you wonder why they run
GA law allows mobile insurance. I even take a picture of my registration just in case something happens. You can electronically send it to the cop if need be. That cop is a asshole!

@@djjaysky9071 depends on were you are. Several states now allow them if they are plated and have the required mods to make them street legal same as sxs now. PPl can afford these to ride when needed since cars are so expensive now.
1st cop needs to give up his badge. He was looking for any reason to give dude a ticket. The brake light is way after the fact, and since it wasn't why he got pulled over, it's proof that the cop was trying to find ANYTHING so he wouldn't look like an idiot for pulling the guy over for no reason.
As much as I agree, even if the guy fixes the problem during the stop it’s still probable for citations as it was observed during the stop. It’s very dumb but that’s how they get away with it

1st cop pulled him over cause he thought he was one of the guys who ride recklessly and illegally. He finds out that’s not the case and his cop ego can’t admit it’s a pointless stop so he finds one little thing he can write up so he feels like he’s doing good police work.

My man is walking in a grey area with the Banshee, not good for being conspicuous so he's going to get hassled a lot. That said, that 1st cop was 100% fishing for something to stick him with. Take it to court & file a complaint.

i was the one in the vid and yeah shes a pretty good cop, last time she pulled me over i was on my mx bike and she wasn’t too happy but the reason she actually caught us is coz my mates bike broke the hub.

Technically if it’s the first time you’ve been stopped it’s usually department policy to give a warning or a fix it ticket but according to the law they can absolutely give you a ticket and take you to court for you to dispute the charges

@@gagereno656 He has a brake* light. The ticket was justifiable as it only worked intermittently. Georgia uses an electronic registration and insurance database and for out of state drivers they DO accept digital proofs. Not having a copy would not change the street legality of it regardless.
Boy am I happy to have an EU license and registrations... America's system is wayyyyy too complicated and every state does their own thing.

1st cop is the reason I’m selling my street legal bike to buy an illegal one, I got stopped for doing a wheelie on an empty area which I didn’t know was private property, when the cops came up to me I explained what I was doing and that I came here and saw no signs and it’s better for me to do it there than on the street. He was being very rude and gave me a €300. I’m buying an illegal bike at least now I’ve got a reason to run and it’s cheaper to maintain. If I’m gonna get fined for having fun not harming anybody I might as well save some money whilst doing it…
So in Washington state we’re required to have an active drivers license with a motorcycle 2/3 wheel endorsement added on to it and all street registered atv/utv have to be DOT certified before hwy/interstate use. Also that Banshee is a great lookin example of what would be legal except I didn’t see a plate light, unless the brake/running light operated as one like on other “old” vehicles of that nature.

Insurance and registration does not say you have to have pieces of paper with you. Just that you have to have it with you. Aint noway im keeping some random paper in my vehicles. Id probably throw it out when cleaning. So if its on my phone and my phone is on me, i have what is needed. Cop can stfu

As a former [Navy] cop myself, that 1st cop was definitely in the wrong, I probably would have stopped him too, you don't see many registered quads, and anyone can slap a license plate on anything but after seeing a valid license, valid insurance and registration then there's nothing else to it the purpose of the stop was concluded and he's free to go, cop cant keep you any longer than the purpose of the stop in the first place. As for the laws for registration and insurance: proof of insurance is the only thing you're allowed to have electronically in Florida (which is what state I heard and coincidentally live in, my hearing isn't the greatest anymore especially with the tinnitus) you still need the hard copy of the registration Florida statutes 320.0605.

Sorry but everything about Banshee screams "cause trouble for clout", he faces the same problem several times and has never done anything to address the problem. If he knows that his "motorcycle" will cause problems then just deal with it, otherwise register it as an ATV and keep it in the dirt. Or get a proper road legal Quad.

First cop has every right to pull the quat over. Even just to check the rego, insurance etc. Rider admitted the break light was faulty. Yes he should have got a fine. I know some states let you off if you get it fixed. Where I live you just get a fine. We don't have a provision for warnings. And most fines are over $1,000.
