It was a gun test, not an actual combat ready design, which was to concept the hull as a viable mount for a further design, since as it is designed at current, it's still even mounted with test rig equipment you can see in game. If it had gone further, it would have been very different. Tank Encylopaedia's article is VERY inaccurate, making sourceless assumptions of "little armour meant it would engage from long range" etc. But this site is EXTREMELY unreliable with this sort of thing and making "assumptions", when the reality is much more boring.
i hear MJOLNIR and i think the armor system in halo and not a very appropiate name because in the books the mjolnir actually protected the spartan from damage. this tank. kinda can't protect its turrent crew from anything larger then a pistol round

A very rare example of HESH actually acting as intended It wasn't a "bounce", the HESH just squashed against the UFP and then (since the squashing made the trajectory downwards) it detonated into the tank. Blame Gaijin's crappy shell effect playback for that

It's so unreal how much time it take to load the tank, like the sound of the crew putting the shell on the cannon just happens on the last second this mean they spare 20 seconds just looking for the shell

In fairness, this was never a vehicle intended for combat, just a testing rig to trial the gun before finding a tank to actually put it on.
