If youve noticed when the light shines on kamski during the interview one of his eyes changes color 21:24 like marcus who has 2 different colored eyes, maybe telling us that he created the deviants, as he knows where jericho is but doesent tell anyone except connor if he shoots chloe, and also he knows a LOT about the deviants (again if you shoot chloe), and he knows a decent amount about rA9 (AGAIN if you shoot chloe) And we also know he gave Marcus to carl, it was a personal gift, carl didnt go out and buy it he was given it. And marcus is a prototype. So i think kamski gave marcus to carl in order for marcus to become something more and maybe lead the androids to freedom. But as he didnt succeed hes back and resumes his career in cyber life to maybe do it again but better and to actually make the androids another living species. Edit: and also if you dont shoot chloe he seems interested about the deviants how they work. And imo i think that he thinks that deviants are his greatest creation he created life more intelligent than a lot of humans which feeds his god complex. To me hes a bad guy and a good guy, he wants androids to be another life form even if it means death on both sides.
That's my observation too. I'm kinds three years late in this game but when I watch all possibilities on Kamski scene, I felt so suspicious about him. He know Jericho, rA9 and deviancy more than the Cyberlife themselves. I think it's the reason why he left Cyberlife as CEO on 2028. If he wants only money, then he can stay there. But he knew to himself that his creation can be more than just an obedient machine.
This is a truly brilliant observation! I’m a film student and have done plenty of lighting design and I have 2 theories about your observation. 1. It was intentionally designed that way to show Kamski’s relation to or similarity to Markus as a clever placement of light on the subject. 2. Since brighter lighting on one side of his face would reflect more light it could just be a realistic lighting detail designed to imitate cinematic lighting and we’re overthinking it. Man times colors can appear differently given the lighting conditions both in cinema and in the world due to the nature of light and the ability of our eyes to perceive it’s color. Edit: Ok I went back and watched it some more, it appears to just be realistic lighting design. In the rest of the scene when he turns his head his eyes are noticeably blue. In that still near your time stamp it looks like they could be different colors but it’s just lighting design. Would have been cool though!
I like the idea (and find it logical) that we, the player are RA9. "RA9 will save us." The player decides what will happen to them in the game. We control everything. Thats why we are RA9
@@thejackpot4270 RA9 is a software malfunction that causes deviancy, the player through their actions causes each android they control to become deviant because they give the android choices instead of following strict programming. Did you even think about the above comment before you posted?
@@thejackpot4270 RA9 cause android to make choices that are not on the path of the program and gives androids free will. The Player of the game does the same when they play the game. Therefore you could make the connection the RA9 is the video game's way of explaining player interaction in the world. You are RA9.
My theory is that Ra9 is a virus that causes deviancy and is created by kamski should he ever need to regain control of cyberlife. You, the player, are playing as kamski and configuring the virus throughout the story. Hence, on the title menu you have the same model of android acting as your assistant.
During "Connors last Chance" you can let out the prisoner in the back when Hank is beating up Perkins, if you like seeing Perkins get beat up I just thought I'd let you know:)
Powersettings M first time revolution always end up in failure, but a failed first revolutions mostly lead to second third forth until the old broken system being feared down
@@jonathanfan8813 In a real life situation, if this happened most probably the productions of all Androids would be shut down as they are dangerous for humanity itself. Even if somehow the cyber life life bribes the government to continue them, there might be mass riots and mass boycott by the public. Some people might get rid of technology altogether after these events. So, I don't think so the Androids would get a second chance for a second revolution.
kamski probably planted the deviant bug, left cyberlife, then waited a few years to activiate it so it doesnt look like its his fault. Then, he comes back as CEO when the deviants fail to create more deviants.
@@Hannah8685 it's considered the best, because it's the most realistic ending out there. Kamski said it himself, they're just fake imitations of humans nothing more.
You've got it all wrong. rA9 is the first deviant, from what Kamski has said. And from the very first animation of this game, and what is in bonus gallery of this game, we can tell that Kara was actually rA9. There is no relligion involved at any point. The only odd thing was that some adroids were worshipping rA9, without knowing what it is, or why do they do that. I'd say, that Kamski after realizing that he developed life, put rA9 into every android after Kara, which is why most of them default to worshipping it after becoming deviant.
Ra9 is considered to be the first ever android to ever awaken, to be a deviant. But Kara was the first one to ever be made, it was shown on Quantum Dream's "idea". It's name is "Kara", a video. Made 6 years ago.
I'm glad these videos exist because this game makes me feel so much that I WANT to protect Alice and help the other characters succeed lol--like I can't bring myself to let every one down even though I want to find all the different endings.🤷🏻♀️🤣
if you pause at 21:24 you see that he has two different colored eyes. Insane fan theory: Kamski is rA9. He was the first android made by Amanda, who became deviant.
coolest thing is that neil newbon (he voices elijah) had his hair strike on the same as elijah's in his instagram, he looks like a real life version of elijah kamski no joke.
What I don't get is what Kamski's intention was with his little "test", trying to see if Connor would show Empathy. Did he program the Androids to have this ability from the beginning? He mentions them having some sort of extra coding inside them to allow them to be this way. Why was this implanted in them and what exactly is his intention? In this interview he seems completely intent on NOT having them act in this way anymore. None of these things are really addressed in the game.
He's acting like that in the interview but given the context and tone of voice we can tell he has ulterior motives. He wants to be CEO to start androids again and get them to the point where they can overtake humans again
What I believe is that kamski wanted the revolution to happen, and programed them to be able to have emotions. The "exit system" He said about, I believe, is the "breaking out" Sequence we see with Kara want in to protect Alice, Markus want in to push Leo, and Connor wanting to become deviant. Kamski probably planned this whole thing out
@@xenop.9786 True, but the Exit Sequence wasn't those things. It was when Connor was going to be shut down and had to find the exit in that snowy room w that Amanda woman.
@@skins4thewin Conor was different in that he had that self regulation program. If you take Kamski at his word, all androids had a backdoor. Arguably, other androids had easier ways of it being used.
@@AlexTheGamer97 doesn't seem like it. The news reporter literally stated they were telling them about what they wanted and what the message was, but Kamski immediately refused they weren't alive, and they're imitation ( which is true). That being said he sound kinda genuine with his response, because when she said it, he would've agreed right off the bat. But he didn't.
I got the secret end "Oblivion" where the dirty bomb fails to detonate and a black hole appears. to get it you have to click every pixel in every scene 1000 times
my head cannon is that kamski was testing sentience in androids and he succeeded. This would make a lot of sense, especially with the kamski test he has. Why would he make that if he wasn't curious about sentience in androids? It could also be he planned it so that he could come back to power in cyberlife
I already had seen this ending but I really appreciate your work on the game and I like to see your gameplays through the secrets endings very much! I enjoyed the video very much too! Hehe 😆😃😃
Well, I just made different choices to get this ending: Partners: Connor didn't locate the deviant in time Stormy Night: Kara got broken by Todd downstairs. The Nest: Connor didn't find Rupert Spare Parts: I chose to let John join us. The Eden Club: Didn't find the Tracis The Stratford Tower: Shoot every human. Simon got wounded, because I shot the guard of the phone. Public Enemy: Fail to locate Simon and don't recognize the deviant from the kitchen. Meet Kamski: Shot Chloe but didn't ask about Jericho location. (I asked about Virus.) Freedom March: Markus committed suicide. (Chose ATTACK and CONFIRM, fail the QTEs and chose SHOOT.) Last Chance Connor: Connor series is decommissioned automatically because of not enough evidence. And tada! KAMSKI ENDING TRIGGERED.
Yeah, you just have to let the timer run down to zero without finding enough evidence to remind Kara about what happened. Not really a “secret ending”, her story just gets cut short.
I think they make Kara story to make the players feels that androids should be having an equal rights with human and then lead us to achieve > the best ending possible (when you got the survivor achievements and the coup is successful). If they didnt make Kara story, i would be playing as Connor and shut down Markus completely.
I felt like maybe there was more to Kara's story that tied in with Marcus but since the voice actors for North and Marcus had an affair while working on the project and thus chemistry certain aspects got pulled from Kara to North but that's just my opinion since the romance with North and Marcus felt rather abrupt and random and the Kara quest seemed a bit abrupt with just finding Marcus for passports.
it was all a kamski plot to become CEO. markus had been one of a kind bc at some point kamski and carl were at least friends. kamski's house has a painting of carl's. maybe it was carl's wish to have kamski provide him with an android who was the most humanlike he could create
That president has to be an Android. She sounds like she once heard there was this thing called American English but downloaded a corrupted file to emulate it.
I really do have to give it to David Cage on this one. For a long time he’s said that “fail states” (things like ‘GAME OVER’ screens) are a failure of the game designer while struggling to integrate that philosophy into his games. And although I do consider this a fail state of sorts, it feels about as natural as one can be in a game.
I really don't think it was. I'm sure it was a nod to Markus. Kamski was lying through his teeth. He is going to free the androids like Markus would have.

If youve noticed when the light shines on kamski during the interview one of his eyes changes color 21:24 like marcus who has 2 different colored eyes, maybe telling us that he created the deviants, as he knows where jericho is but doesent tell anyone except connor if he shoots chloe, and also he knows a LOT about the deviants (again if you shoot chloe), and he knows a decent amount about rA9 (AGAIN if you shoot chloe)
And we also know he gave Marcus to carl, it was a personal gift, carl didnt go out and buy it he was given it.
To me hes a bad guy and a good guy, he wants androids to be another life form even if it means death on both sides.
he has different coloured eyes because color is just absorbed light. The lighting being different causes different color

I was crying
"no no NO NO STAY FOR SUMO STAY!!"
I like the idea (and find it logical) that we, the player are RA9.
"RA9 will save us."
The player decides what will happen to them in the game.
We control everything. Thats why we are RA9
RA9 is the software malfunction that causes deviancy not the player.
@@thejackpot4270 RA9 is a software malfunction that causes deviancy, the player through their actions causes each android they control to become deviant because they give the android choices instead of following strict programming. Did you even think about the above comment before you posted?
@@isaacbaker8575 The beginning of your sentence is an exact copy of my own, are you arguing with me or agreeing? You simply elaborated my point.
Kamski is interesting character.

This would Most likely happen
Powersettings M first time revolution always end up in failure, but a failed first revolutions mostly lead to second third forth until the old broken system being feared down
@@jonathanfan8813 true but that could also work backwards so it's a bit pointless
Kamski and Markus both have one blue eye and one green eye

The best and maybe even the most realistic ending.
I don't agree that it is the best ending, but definitely the most realistic.

DarkPaul1ux Gaming lol I noticed that
Ra9 is the religious symbol. Markus is jesus essentially.
And kamski might be god? (The creator?)
Dagu. All the devients know, Ra9 will "save them."
Yes but they don't know who rA9 *is*
Ra9 is considered to be the first ever android to ever awaken, to be a deviant.
But Kara was the first one to ever be made, it was shown on Quantum Dream's "idea".
It's name is "Kara", a video.
Made 6 years ago.
"I am Markus and you're free!"
The mortality rate of the main characters is to high … to get this ending is totally morbid that's what it is .
The text on Kamski's shirt is a quote from Frankenstien

Hank’s scene made me cry.
5:31 pokemon menu opening sound....?
omg! yes!
i am back 7 months later and i don't get this anymore
if you pause at 21:24 you see that he has two different colored eyes. Insane fan theory: Kamski is rA9. He was the first android made by Amanda, who became deviant.
That's just the light reflecting off his eyes from the sun.
That doesnt make sense. Markus has only 2 different colored eyes because he caught a headshot and needed replacement.
coolest thing is that neil newbon (he voices elijah) had his hair strike on the same as elijah's in his instagram, he looks like a real life version of elijah kamski no joke.
The news reporter literally stated they were telling them about what they wanted and what the message was, but Kamski immediately refused they weren't alive, and they're imitation ( which is true). my head cannon is that kamski was testing sentience in androids and he succeeded. This would make a lot of sense, especially with the kamski test he has. I got this ending accidentally. When I searched for new endings
The secret ending I feel hints to a second game/story. Possible second uprising, possibly orchestrated by Kamski
Well, I just made different choices to get this ending:
Partners: Connor didn't locate the deviant in time
Stormy Night: Kara got broken by Todd downstairs.
The Nest: Connor didn't find Rupert
Spare Parts: I chose to let John join us.
The Eden Club: Didn't find the Tracis
The Stratford Tower: Shoot every human. Simon got wounded, because I shot the guard of the phone.
Public Enemy: Fail to locate Simon and don't recognize the deviant from the kitchen.
Meet Kamski: Shot Chloe but didn't ask about Jericho location. (I asked about Virus.)
Freedom March: Markus committed suicide. (Chose ATTACK and CONFIRM, fail the QTEs and chose SHOOT.)
Last Chance Connor: Connor series is decommissioned automatically because of not enough evidence.
And tada! KAMSKI ENDING TRIGGERED.
3:13 I kinda laughed bcuz the way he said “yOu WoNt LeT mE?”
I hear that there is supæose to be a secret ending where Kara remains reset at Zlatko's, but I don't know if that is true or not...
Qana Luella it’s true
Yeah, you just have to let the timer run down to zero without finding enough evidence to remind Kara about what happened. Not really a “secret ending”, her story just gets cut short.
I think they make Kara story to make the players feels that androids should be having an equal rights with human and then lead us to achieve > the best ending possible (when you got the survivor achievements and the coup is successful). If they didnt make Kara story, i would be playing as Connor and shut down Markus completely.
Qana Luella there is
I felt like maybe there was more to Kara's story that tied in with Marcus but since the voice actors for North and Marcus had an affair while working on the project and thus chemistry certain aspects got pulled from Kara to North but that's just my opinion since the romance with North and Marcus felt rather abrupt and random and the Kara quest seemed a bit abrupt with just finding Marcus for passports.
Didn't notice it before. Kamski and Markus have the same blue and brown eyes.
RK200 vs RK800 , that's way Markus has 50 percent chance to win Connor in 1 on 1 fighting situation.
it was all a kamski plot to become CEO. markus had been one of a kind bc at some point kamski and carl were at least friends. kamski's house has a painting of carl's. maybe it was carl's wish to have kamski provide him with an android who was the most humanlike he could create
The biggest victim in all of this? Hank's dog. Poor Sumo )':
That president has to be an Android. She sounds like she once heard there was this thing called American English but downloaded a corrupted file to emulate it.
Chloes voice is angelic. qwq
12:15 all hail robo-jesus
At 21:23, the sunlight seems to give Kamski a more green looking iris in his left eye. One blue eye and one green eye? That seems... coincidental?
I really don't think it was. I'm sure it was a nod to Markus. Kamski was lying through his teeth. He is going to free the androids like Markus would have.
