Being Crispin Glover af he says, “Where the hell’s corkscrew?” as if he’s asking about a person, not an object. And knowing Crispin Glover’s weird, difficult way of being, he probably said it that way a couple times, they tried to correct him, and he was like, “This is how Jimbo would say it..” and continued arguing til the director was like “fuck it”, which seems to be the story for almost everything he’s ever been involved in.. I’m sure by the time they filmed the dance scene and saw him do.. whatever that was, they knew he was out of his fucking mind and to just film his scenes and move on 😂😂
Agreed, I can hear a subdued "th" sound, but very little to no vowel. At first, I thought he said "Where the hell's a corkscrew", which would've also been pretty good.

It's so clueless and goofy in all the right ways, and the way Ted just looks at him afterwards like "what the f**k, man?" just makes it all the better. Me and my friend crack up every time we watch that part and quote it to each other regularly. Crispin Glover took what could have been a forgettable role and made it one of the most memorable performances in the franchise. What a legend.
Crispin Glover is part of why The Final Chapter is the best Friday the 13th film. The other part is that it’s excellent in its own right, but Crispin just does what only Crispin can do and it’s fantastic to watch.

He came back on the Letterman show about two years later and when David Letterman tried to get him to explain what he was doing with the near kick to the head Crispen Glover started telling this story that started in the 1970's during an eclipse or something and Letterman finally just gave up on trying to get an explanation and just let Glover do his album promotion instead.
