One of the best of the series! The setting for this one made it very scary, IMO. Part 6: Jason Lives is so cheesy, however it is my favorite hands down. That one scene (that you guys will see) will always make it iconic! lol. I also love Part 7: The New Blood. Peace and love guys 💕💕💕
Part 6 feels like a comic book. Very slick, action packed. The director put more humor and more action set pieces in it because he felt the typical slasher movie was getting stale by then.
Final Chapter is quite the fan favourite, funny how the title claims its the end yet there are 8 more movies after, 7 cause the 2009's films a reboot, hope your enjoying this journey of Freddy n Jason's saga
I have alot of respect for legendary stuntman Ted White "Jason". He stunt doubled John Wayne and many other Acting legends. Ted was 57 when they filmed this and he was out there moving around like he was in his 20s. R.I.P. Ted White.
Not sure if it was mentioned (although there is some continuity issues in the look) Friday the 13th parts 2-4 all take place in one weekend. Arguably Friday the 13th through Tuesday the 17th. One can see why Jason is pissed off by this point. He’s had a long week lol.
@@SomethingCinema Clearly I typed the comment before I finished the video lol. Im hearing you discuss the timeline 😂. That guy Rob, who got taken out in the basement. He was trying to avenge his sister Sandra. Sandra was the one who got speared in the bed in part 2 with her bf.
When Rob said "He's killing me! He's killing me!", I couldn't help but laugh. Also when that dude in the hospital say "Jesus Christmas" and kept rambling on has me dying!
Most people don’t know this but part 2/3/4 all take place the same week. And part 4 is the only one since the 1st one that takes place on Friday the 13th.
In case you're wondering Gordon the dog didn't die as he went upstairs to investigate he saw the bodies and it scared him he jumped out of the window and ran off into the woods Gordon survived. When Tommy was being interviewed by the police at the hospital they brought in Gordon it's on the Friday the 13th tapes on the game
0:15- Exactly. This the type of commentary that makes me come back to this channel. Like, they knew darn well, this wasn't the final chapter. It never is in movies when they call it that.
Bald headed headass Tommy macheting up Jason always took me out laughing.🤣 Man this movie series has people jumping crashing out of windows a lot. Even the dog, Gordon jumped out the window.😂 Y’all this timeline of the series is messed up saw you guys discussing it after the reaction.
The best guess about the chronology with Jason attacking Chris Higgins in the woods in the flashback from Part III is that this actually occurred after the first film and the prologue of Part II (when his mother was killed, and he murdered Alice for revenge), but before the majority of Part II's plot (when he went on the killing spree at the new next-door camp), and then the majority of Part III's plot (when he targeted Chris, her friends, and the bikers again at Chris's family cabin) and, of course, the plot of The Final Chapter.
Yeah I think it took him a while to have actually have the guts to kill random people with Alice it was personal but everyone else it took him a good 5 years to have the guts lol
Rob Dier the hunter guy is the brother of Sandra from Friday the 13th Part 2 - Sandra was the one who was shish-kebabed with a spear by Jason when she was getting it on with her boyfriend Jeff. So, Rob is out for revenge to get payback at Jason for killing his sister. P.S. Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter was meant to be the last film due to the fact the slasher film trend was declining. So it was decided by Paramount Pictures to give Jason Voorhees a good send off to move on and do other things. Unfortunately, it didn’t end things there. Rest became pure history.
Great reactions as usual (Jason is my "all-time" favorite horror villain - Pure savagery, and NON-STOP intensity). I love all the Jason movies, but my favorite one is "Jason Takes Manhattan" - Seeing him out of the woods, in a big city (especially the city I grew up in, lol), really made him A LOT scarier (Freddy vs. Jason is my 2nd favorite in the series, I got a feeling you guys are going to love that one too).
@@SomethingCinema It is, JvsF I saw like 9 months before it came out with unfinished effects and shit, it was garbage, like part 8 and Jason X when dude is in space.

I'd like to think of Jason as being a representation of a mentally disabled boy's vengeful rage from being bullied and insulted.
@@SomethingCinema It's a lot of fun if you just enjoy it for what it is, especially with a title like that. Even Robert Englund (Freddy) had a lot of fun making that movie, he fully advocated for that film since it started development in 1993.
When Jason got sliced between his fingers with the machete, it reminded me of a story when a friend of mine tried to kill his brother's pig and the brother machete'd his hand like that. His brother was a health-care worker. We were doing cement work and his hand was all bandaged.
Definitely the best of the old school Friday the 13th films. After this is when it started going downhill in many ways even though Jason Lives Part 6 was enjoyable. A copycat killer in a goalie mask begins terrorizing the community, and like a Scream sequel, it's all about finding out who it is and how to stop them. Even though part V: A New Beginning runs by the Friday formula, it's best while viewing it, to keep the Scream rules in mind (don't have sex, don't do drugs or drink, don't say I'll be right back) the rules of a sequel (bigger body count, more elaborate kills) and unlike the first Friday, the killer will be revealed to be a character that will be one of many characters that interacts early on before the big reveal, but early on it will seem that anyone could be the killer.

Freddy vs Jason
Nice!!!
Quick question: have y’all watched “the hunger games trilogy” yet??!!! Can y’all do that trilogy or the Harry Potter one please!!!
We've watched them both
Fun fact during the making some of these movies there has been drug use.
Did you hear They are making another movie. It is supposed to come out in May This year. So technically there's 13 movies now.
Oh damn we didn’t know!
🤔🤔
"The FINAL Chapter" is why I give the title "Halloween Ends" side eye. 😒
Lol
Sounds to me like y’all need to check out the Kill Counts on the Dead Meat channel. It’s an _awesome_ series done on even _better_ channel!! (There are actually two Kill Counts for each Friday The 13th as it’s the first franchise to ever be covered on the series and James, the head of the channel, _knew_ that they could do better these days.) Anyway, watching the Friday The 13th Kill Counts will help y’all’s with future conversations like the one you had at the end of the video!
Ooooook
Second best in the franchise, also the actor who gets clever in the face he's in Back to the Future.
🔥🔥🔥
Are we getting closer to the movie Tarzan The Fearless?

No one, and I mean not even Crispen Glover himself, knows WTF that dancing was. Best part of the movie though :) LOL
This is one of my fav Friday the 13th movies for sure. Scared me to death as a kid. Was certainly better than part 3. Looking forward to 6, and especially 7. 8 and 9 can suck it. I
A lot of people so far have said they like the remake
Are y'all gonna do 'em all? Cause they're great, even if they're silly.

I want you to see the movie scream 5 please
We will watch it soon
Friday 13 final chapter good movie 🎬
We enjoyed it
Are you gonna do scream 5?
Absolutely
My favorite Jason film is still the 2009 reboot.
-more up to date visuals and gore,
-everything a Jason movie needs, dumb adults that you want to die and Jason obliging them.
🤣🤣 we can't wait to check it out
Also the 1st time Jason killed the main group of teens and my favorite kill was the shower kill
That shower kill was crazy
@@SomethingCinema it's interesting cause shower kill usually the girl but it was a guy this time

Part 5 is directed by a porno director lol. It has some interesting characters in it lol. Its my 2nd favorite behind part 6.
Looking forward to it
Great reaction as always! Rest of these films are proper shit though... Hope you get to 'The Omen' trilogy or 'Psycho' trilogy soon xxx
We are trying to finish out the franchises we have started. But will get to it!
@@SomethingCinema Of course, but don't say I didn't warn you lol! Thanks x
@@rnw2739 6 is the best one. It has the most badass Jason
Thanks for the warning 😱
Spoiler this isn't the final chapter... 😂 exactly. This movie is a pretty good one and seeing Tommy Jarvis kill Jason is just epic
It really was a good one
Yaaaayyyyyyyyyy
🔥🔥
Same way to play Friday the 13th game
How do you play that?
@@SomethingCinema go to quick play and you'll play random people online but rather you'll play as a one of counselors or as Jason. But if you get killed as a counselor you may come back as Tommy Jarvis.
Ok that sounds fun
You should react to one missed call not the one based in china the one where their in the u.s.
It’s the 2008 and film
